This holiday home is very nicely furnished, the landlord is very nice, and we received delicious pretzels as a welcome gift. 2 parking spaces are approx. 100m from the house. Again 600m from the house there is the Katatzmühlsee, you can swim in it for free and ride a pedal boat (10 € per hour). The Altmühl is also close, you can rent canoes or bring your own. In the neighboring town of Beilngries (approx. 10 minutes by car, 25 minutes by bike)

The holiday home impresses above all with its phenomenally designed outdoor area - something really special has been created here in a limited space!In addition, the welcome and support from the owner were super friendly, attentive and accommodating.

This is a holiday apartment of the highest category. Maintained by the landlord with great attention to detail. He himself is a doer and lives for his tasks. The house itself is in excellent condition, the atmosphere is reminiscent of a treehouse romance, the indirect lighting on the outdoor area and vegetation that is switched on at dusk is unique.....really great experience.....highly recommended, as is the great landlord, who takes care of the property
