Unfortunately, not everything is as great as it looks, there are cockroaches in some rooms. The cleaning lady only cleans on Tuesdays and Thursdays if you are there for a long time. The good thing is that there is a washing machine.

Its good enough, especially pricing perspective, its good.You need to do everything yourself. You need to do "Self checkin".There is carpark behind of the property, there is walking gate from carpark to rooms, no nerd walk around the property.During the check in, we forget shoes inside and closed the door but they helped us after our call, the lady who care about cleaning of the property also stay here, she came and open the door for us.We had folding bikes in our car, used bikes to cycle to city center. In hot summer, it was a bit challenging but the distance is ver acceptable for any type of bike indeed.I would recommend to stay here.

Service was ok, we got the room key using a code, otherwise we didn't see anyone, the front door was always open, the room was ok for one night, we paid 90 euros for 2 people, unfortunately a bit dirty, but it still worked... TV didn't work , (or we didn't manage it) Room 10, kitchen and the like were not used, taxi driver was very nice, it was 30 euros per trip, .. ...

Disaster for the price! For €60 a night I could have given more stars but for the price it's an absolute disgrace. It has a kitchen but the stove and coffee machine don't work. Over €100 for this room is just cheeky!

For a weekend spent here, the accommodation is okay in terms of price-performance. Everything is a bit old but adequately equipped. The kitchenette with kitchen utensils was particularly good.The contact, check in and check out were uncomplicated and everything went smoothly.The location is okay, on the weekend there was some noise outside at night, which you could hear through the closed windows. The toilet flushing, which ran non-stop at night (until you flushed again) was also a bit annoying.If you don't need much and are just looking for accommodation to spend the night that offers the opportunity to cook something yourself, you'll find it here.

It was self service to check-in and out.I went to that area to attend the event. It was little bit difficult to find hotel near by. This area is residential area. Not many choices for food outside. If you stay long-term, you can cook at the room. There are supermarket near train station that takes 15min by walk. There are few restaurant near by train station too.Room is big, there is small kitchen. Toilet is clean.This place is good to stay with family.

Are rooms to sleep in.You shouldn't do anything more than that.Had a wet bed - the upholstery had not been dried.We got a new bed after two nights.We had to make a temporary cushion and convert the mattress.The location is great, train nearby, pub nearby, quiet.

The app. It's very nice and the location is okay. The cleaning lady came to the door and didn't empty the trash cans 🗑, even though the tip was accepted on the first day. The rubber glasses were demonstrated at the toilet 🚽. The shower was not cleaned properly and the used towels were not taken away. It's a shame for such a good house.

The room where I stayed was very spacious, equipped with almost everything needed for a short/medium stay, although a bidet was definitely missing. For the rest everything is ok, even the location which is about 500m from the station. There are several clubs and shops nearby. Check in and check out were quick and easy.

We had a good sized room with built in kitchenette and a large separate shower room. Everything was simple, clean and tidy. There is limited free parking available on site, which we found very useful. It is only a short walk to the nearest tram stop to catch a ride into Cologne.
