The rooms downstairs are really bad. Not clean, outdated furniture, not so clean sheets and the access to them is very tricky. Showers are also not the badest ones i`ve seen, but there is alot of improvement potential. Had to buy my own disinfectant a few years ago when i stayed there, t clean the shower and toilet. The view from the rooms is a 10+ , direct on the river bank, but this is the only plus for the location.

I wish I could give lesser stars. DO NOT by any means book this place. I had the misfortune of being put up where when I moved to Germany for work and it was the creepiest, most disgusting experience ever.1. The house is a dungeon. The rooms are in the basement and smell of old furniture, and because it's below the ground, there is no light, and is too damp and dirty. So I got out of there as soon as I could, finding a BnB.2. The house is given in an unclean, damp and dusty state, but since a lot of internationals (Particularly Indians) are put up here, the owner thinks he can exploit them and expects them to leave it cleaner than how it was handed. He raised his voice and got abusive when I left sooner than expected, not sure if he'd have done that with a local. The reason I was leaving was bec of how unclean it was lol.3. Most importantly he is creepy and tried opening my door at night. I confirmed this suspicion bec he called on the intercom one night at 11pm one night to ask if I wanted some wine.Overall, don't book it or recommend it to anyone unless you're up for some trauma lol.For some reason, google is flagging my review and not posting it! Guys beware and stay away from this place!

If you don't have a house dust allergy yet, you can buy one here for a lot of money. Cobwebs haven't been removed for ages. The cleaner seems to need new glasses. There's just dust everywhere. I cleaned it myself first. For themDon't forget to stay overnight: bring an orthopedist with you, as the beds have fancy, old cupboard doors instead of slatted frames and the mattresses are already past their prime. When you shower, you flood the entire bathroom as there is no partition. So put the towels in a safe place beforehand. There is also a mold problem on window seals and bathroom doors. What can you not endure if you want to see your newborn grandchild?
