We spent a great week in apartment 9.We can only report positive things.Handing over and dropping off the keys 🔑 was uncomplicated and we were greeted by friendly and competent staff.The office alone was very nicely designed.The apartment is beautifully furnished and very, very clean.The location is unbeatable.Our bikes and car 🚗 were safely in the underground car park.We'll definitely be back.Many thanks to the entire Bernstein team.

Of course, the apartments look and are chic at first glance.But the bone is hidden in the details. TV set defective, the others were defective! Toilet seat damaged. Flushing continues! Rain shower totally calcified. And you can hear the neighbors showering, watching the news or making love - something very clear :(Breakfast is not 1:1 like in the boathouse opposite, unfortunately I would save that - but it is delicious so far. Underground car park not accessible with a roof box!

Modern and well-equipped apartments in the middle of the city and 5 minutes from the dike.Almost barrier-free with underground car park and elevator (step in front of the terrace on the upper floor). Reasonable price-performance ratio, nice and fast communication.

Just called there. We may have wanted to book there, but we would like to clarify a few questions first. Nope, outside of business hours. Nobody there. If you are a resident and have problems, please contact us. It's all ok.Otherwise please hang up! As a would-be customer, I am not asked about my request, forwarded, etc. Well, then I hung up.I'm very happy that there are companies that seem to be doing really well.One star from me because there is at least an answering machine.

Beautifully furnished house with several well-furnished holiday apartments and underground parking.Only the bathroom and the cleanliness left a negative aftertaste.There are no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. The shower has no door/curtain, so the bathroom is regularly "flooded" when showering.When wiping it up, it became clear that people don't take cleanliness very seriously - the water used for wiping was black; and only after wiping several times could one speak of a reasonably clean floor.The same result in the living room and bedroom!It's a shame - otherwise we felt comfortable.

Stayed in apartment 10. Very nice maisonette apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a guest toilet, a large living, kitchen and dining area as well as another small living area on the lower level. Thanks to the underground parking space, there are no parking problems.The apartment is also very centrally located.Absolute recommendation!

Very nice apartment, well and modernly equipped. Great central location between the harbor and the pedestrian zone and still quiet. I give the deduction for the inconvenient key handover, on the outskirts of town in the commercial area. This used to be organized more elegantly, directly at the apartment in the company's hotel reception opposite. After all, the apartments are advertised as having “hotel service on request”.Definitely a step backwards in service -unfortunate-. My hope is that you might find your way back to the customer-friendly solution.

This was our second time in a Bernstein accommodation 😄.But this house is something special in terms of its furnishings and rooms.A huge compliment to the interior designer.Everything was very clean.The breakfast is also very tasty and varied.The staff is very friendly and attentive.So it's a feel-good vacation. 🤣.Thank you 👍,We'd love to come back.
