We had the shared room with shower/toilet in the basement. It was generously equipped with a double bed and a bunk bed, a large closet with plenty of clothes hangers, a table with four chairs, a flat-screen TV, a pedestal fan, hand and bath towels and a hairdryer. The only thing we had to get was soap/shower gel. The mattress hardness was ok, so we could sleep well.The breakfast selection was extensive. There were all coffee specialties, fresh different types of rolls, sausages, cheeses, jam, honey, muesli, cornflakes, yoghurt and eggs cooked as desired.Breakfast can be enjoyed indoors or outside on the terrace.There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the house. The area is very quiet. The nearby beach is free.The hostess was very welcoming and gave tips and directions.You can also shop well in the Beirer family grocery store opposite the train station. We found the Pizzeria La Piazzetta to be better tasting and more comfortable than the Pizzeria Riva Ristorante.

We were there for a short vacation. We felt very comfortable from the first minute. Ms. Beirer is a very nice host and is available to give you advice and support, whether it's about good bike paths or where you can have a good meal, she was also looking At breakfast there is always a conversation with all the guests. By the way, the breakfast is also very tasty and varied. We had the Abendrot holiday apartment with a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, the small balcony also had a view of the lake and you can enjoy the evening wonderfully. We will definitely come back.😀

Absolute recommendation!The rooms are a bit older but well maintained, very clean and large. Even with a sofa corner and table.The hostess is very warm and friendly.Breakfast is tip top, freshly boiled eggs, juice, coffee specialties, fresh rolls, etc.When the weather is nice, you can have breakfast comfortably on the terrace.The house is completely quiet just above the lake, you don't hear any of the traffic and noise down by the lake.There are enough parking spaces available directly in front of the house.

Unfortunately my room was not like the ones I had looked at online. It was under the attic, totally dark and the bathroom was across the hall. Because I traveled alone???Landlady was friendly, breakfast ok.Too bad I was disappointed 😞

Quiet location. Parking at the house. Small town with a wonderful atmosphere. From the balcony on the first floor there is a beautiful view of the lake. Very nice and courteous boss who conjures up delicious breakfasts every day. About 400m to the beach on the way home with a slight incline. On the beach there is Italian restaurant Riva, 🍨 Cafeteria. With a guest card you can take the train or bus free of charge from Sipplingen train station in any direction and town on Lake Constance. We liked it. 1a.

Great small place, 5 minutes walk to the beach and Lake Constance and also to the small shop and restaurant. Everything that is important is taken care of. Rooms super clean, hosts very friendly. Breakfast very tasty. Everything a man or family needs with or without small children. Happy to recommend.

There is plenty of breakfast, whether it's sausage, cheese, rolls, juice, eggs, etcWe can't complain, everything is great!!!!We have been to the hut (Heidi hut) many times and everything was great!!!So we have been going there for many years and always enjoy it!!!!

The Bettina guest house is only about 200m above Lake Constance. The four of us (children 7 and 8 years old) rented the log cabin next to the guest house. Originally designed for 7 people, we had enough space. The hut has a bathroom with a sink, toilet and a pleasantly large shower. In the kitchen area there is a large refrigerator and there is a sink. There is no stove or microwave, but there is a charcoal grill in front of the hut. A very generous and excellent breakfast is available in the breakfast room of the guest house. The family that runs the business is very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The lady of the house is there to help and advise you when it comes to finding the right destination. A successful short holiday for us during the Whitsun holidays. We will definitely come by again and hope to get the log cabin again.

Very nicely located guest house. Very friendly reception. I can't say anything about the rooms because we stayed in the log cabin, but it's exactly as described. Breakfast is very plentiful and nothing is missing.
