A hotel right on the river, with a large terrace. Own parking spaces in front of the door. Garage and electricity for e-bikes. Rooms recently renovated. Very good food and very good wine from our own estate.

Room:The rooms were clean, comfortable, everything you need was there. Clean towels, soap. We had to look for the hand soap because it was on the wall opposite the sink. We also had a beautiful view of the Rhine from the room.Service:All the service staff were very nice. There was a bottle of water in the room, a garage for bicycles that was locked at night. The breakfast in the morning was good and there was a lot of choice. Okay for vegetarians, not suitable for vegans. Unfortunately, we had to have this experience throughout the entire area, as even as a vegetarian it is difficult to get anything to eat other than salad or chips. We therefore consciously decided not to have dinner in the restaurant because we were told yes there was a vegetarian alternative but what exactly that is not. The hotel's evening offerings are limited to a menu, no ala' card. And now we come to the biggest negative pointLocation:Yes, the hotel is beautifully located directly on the Rhine and has a wonderful view. BUT unfortunately it is located on a federal highway and at the same time directly on the railway line. We also reached our limits when looking for something for dinner in the area (as a cyclist with bad weather). The neighboring town, St Goar, was already dead at 5 p.m. and there was little culinary choice if you don't eat meat. All in all, we had a positive impression of the hotel and it was an option for an overnight stay on the Rhine cycle path.Thank you for the hospitality.

My wife and I went on holiday on the Rhine for the first time. We spent 8 wonderful days in your Hotel Landsknecht. From the cleaning staff to the boss, everyone was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was very tasty and very filling. The menus were also perfect. With the good Lorenz wine, you could end the evening. The rooms in the hotel were very clean, tasteful, beautifully furnished and designed, so that a certain feel-good effect was created. We will miss the beautiful view from our window of the Rhine with the shipping traffic and the view of Maus Castle. Regarding accessibility, which was very important for my wife in a wheelchair, all we can say is that our room was accessible without any problems and the bathroom with a large walk-in entrance to the large shower was also no problem. We would like to thank you for a wonderful stay and can only warmly recommend the Wein Hotel Landsknecht. Finally, one more thing: Lorenz wine is also tasty in the beer town of Einbeck

We were there for 1 night with the motorhome, enjoyed breakfast for two people, staff, and breakfast 5 stars, price for breakfast 44 €, but only 3 stars, quite expensive.Quite loud at night, on a railway line with quite a lot of train traffic at night, 2 stars.View 5 stars.Overall I would give it 4 stars.

We felt very comfortable at the Landsknecht wine hotel. The room was very large, air conditioned and very clean. The service is good, we can't complain. The location is also very good, despite the large traffic road, the rooms are quiet. I think we'll see each other again.
