Super large terrace with a very nice garden 🌻Clean roomsEquipment TV and WiFi in the higher segment and no 0850 standard motel cans 👍Use the shared kitchen without having to worry about it. Clean up. Don't stress because it's cleaned every day

We were very satisfied here with 3 people (1 double room and 1 single room). Good facilities with fridge and coffee machine and nice balconies. Very friendly service. Everything was great and very clean, we would love to come back!

We were welcomed by a loving host who immediately took care of our wishes. We arrived late and spontaneously, which wasn't an issue. The room looks great at a correct rate. I've seen a lot on Montage but everything here is really great! Well maintained, clean and great price. Thumbs up!

Clean, friendly, reasonable room size, inviting website and cheap, almost too cheap...Düsseldorf is about 15 minutes away by car, actually only 30 minutes by train (goes directly to the main station)

In 2015 I spent two days in this very pleasant guest house. This is actually the Häbell guesthouse on Rurstr. 14 in Düsseldorf-Kaarst. My mother and I each moved into a single room. Room number 1 and 2. These two rooms were connected by a large balcony. This meant that people could also visit each other via balcony access. Of course you could also get to each other via the hallway. There was no breakfast. The price per night at that time was 35 euros per person.There was a coffee pad machine with pads in our rooms so we could make coffee in the morning.The Ikea-Kaarst stop is nearby, you have to find your way to Rurstraße, but it is easy to reach on foot from the stop. To do this you have to cross the Ikea parking lot.There is a Lidl on Girmes Kreuz Str., where my mother bought the breakfast rolls as an early riser. But you have to walk a bit to get there. Ikea is also nearby. There is also a small food truck nearby. Sometimes there is a flea market in the Ikea parking lot.The rooms are simply furnished. Very slight flight noises, but not annoying. We slept well.The arrival time should be agreed with the owners by phone so that someone is there to welcome the guests.Overall we were very satisfied. It was definitely a cheap place to stay overnight. Recommended for price-conscious people.The rooms were equipped with a toilet and shower.There was also a small self-catering kitchen on the floor. The rooms are non-smoking, but you can smoke on the balcony.There was also towel service.Owners: Chalee and Stephan Häbell.We were satisfied with the stay and also with the price for the overnight stay.
