I was there with two friends and we had excellent food and delicious drinks. It's very nice, but you should bring your time. The starters are very varied and tasty.I can only recommend the special dessert.

We got to know this restaurant a year ago, with absolutely great service, good value for money and really delicious food.Unfortunately there is nothing left of it :-(The service was a disaster today! Rude and didn't care at all. Unfortunately our main course was forgotten and we sat there for a long time without drinks (another table was cleared with 2 people)…Unfortunately, the table next to us got the main course quicker, even though they came an hour later than us.We, as a group of 4 people, only received a very fragmented meal, so that it was possible to eat together to a limited extent...Unfortunately, the service was incredibly unfriendly, even the boss blamed the kitchen (and it actually saved the whole evening!).Impossible!!! Was our last visit! I hope the rumors are true that the restaurant is closing.

Delicious food, nice menu. Unfortunately, the waiter is absolutely incapable of criticism. When he kindly pointed out that there were walnuts in the dish that weren't listed on the menu, his reaction was not only mushy but really unfriendly.

We only visited the hotel as a restaurant. Staff was friendly and the food (mostly Greek and Italian) was good. The price/performance ratio was right. The restaurant was busy and appeared to be a destination for tours. One drawback was that the building is actually in the immediate vicinity of the tracks. You can clearly feel the vibrations of the passing train traffic. The noises are also very disturbing. I doubt whether I would want to sleep here.

We were there on a Thursday evening and the restaurant was full. The guests sat fairly close together. The food was good and the prices were reasonable. The service was very friendly. Unfortunately, the service wore the masks carelessly and we were not asked for the G3 certificate at all. I want to feel safe in a restaurant during the pandemic. Unfortunately that wasn't possible here, so I won't be visiting again. That's a shame..

We made a reservation and came from Cologne to spend a lovely evening with our mother and mother-in-law (over 80). Good reviews motivated us to make a reservation. Arrived and full of positive expectations, we came to the reception with our little dog. We took a sign “🦮I’m not allowed in here” as a joke. No joke: we should sit outside...This has never happened to us before, it should be explicitly written in bold on the website, it has never happened in 6 years and in no country, not even in the finest 5 star hotel. You probably think too much about your restaurant. There was no way in. Then you just have to forego sales if you are so arrogant. Luckily, we found a very nice restaurant nearby and were lovingly looked after with our small dog who didn't bark. A horse stable is probably the better and much more pleasant alternative.Conclusion: Even without a dog, the old train station is a NO GO!!

The food is excellent. Unfortunately the rest is not at all:- unfriendly service (if you ask something, it gets rude)- Waiting times for drinks up to 30 minutes- AND MOST IMPORTANTLY: Service personnel wear the surgical masks permanently under the chin (= no protection) or only over the mouth (= nose not covered). At the entrance you will not be asked for vaccination or recovery documentation or a daily test! The restaurant is full to capacity, but no one is interested in Corona protection. That is very oppressive and questionable. It also does not comply with current legal requirements. So don't go there anymore.
