Great campsite... Price/performance ratio fits, very nice staff... Shop with a beer garden right nearby... everything fits, even with dogs, no problem.

We have been long-term campers at the Hirtenteich campsite for four weeks. The long search was worth it! The operator and the groundskeeper, as well as the cleaning staff, do a very good job. Everyone very friendly and helpful. The sanitary facilities and the place are generally very clean and well maintained. We couldn't have done it better! We can only recommend this beautiful, small and quiet place.

Well-kept, friendly campsite with bread service, clean sanitary facilities, spacious pitches and dog-friendly. Delicious Swabian cuisine on site, which caters very nicely to intolerances. 1 star deduction for 2 things: 1. There is no shade at all on the new pitches (neither trees nor bushes), which is difficult given the temperatures. 2. The pool area is clean, the area around it is surprisingly unkempt with overgrown weeds and blackened stone steps compared to the rest of the area. With a little care and a few plant pots you could create a nice spot here.

We stayed two nights in the barrel, very comfortable and also equipped with heating. The campsite is located in a quiet countryside location. Clean facilities and possibility to book bread and croissants at reception.

Quiet, cozy campsite on the edge of the forest in the middle of beautiful nature.Clean, well-maintained sanitary facilities, with pool, table tennis and sauna.Can be used as a starting point for many hikes or bike tours

A nice place, we were warmly welcomed, everything was very clean, we had a large parking space and everything looked very new (tourist places). There was also a bread roll service on site, you didn't have to pay for the rolls every morning, they were added to the bill and there was also a restaurant. The sanitary facilities were all very clean and there was also a dishwasher.

We have now been on this beautiful, well-kept place for a total of 13 days. The groundskeeper, Stefan the gardener and the cleaning staff were super nice and extremely friendly. Very clean and modern sanitary facilities, the site has beautiful lawns, so I can understand why awning carpets are not desired. As dog owners, we had really great paths for our daily rounds. The surroundings are fantastic and you can always relax.There are no buts for us and I can't understand the poor one star rating. Maybe some people need to check how they called into the forest...The place is not for people who are looking for animation and action, there is plenty of peace and nature.😊
