Overall ok. But the floor is sticky and dirty. You can't walk in socks - they immediately turn black. You need your own slippers. There is dust on the chandeliers. The heated towel rail in the bathroom did not work at all, no matter how hard you turned it. The plumbing is clean. There is a coffee maker. We bought capsules and drank delicious coffee. The bed linen is clean. Overall the impression is positive.

I would prefer to give zero stars. People will inform you in detail about the accommodations.There were several issues with the accommodation that made my stay very unpleasant:1. The apartment's entrance door was broken, allowing unauthorized people access to the facility.2. The apartment was only secured by a four-digit code (9992), which gave me and my 10-year-old daughter a feeling of insecurity. I couldn't change this code myself.3. In addition, the apartment did not correspond to the pictures that were shown in the advertisement, water damage to the ceilings, broken blinds, musty smell, etc.4. There is a shisha bar next to the accommodation - dubious people stand in front of the accommodation in the evenings.After I pointed out the deficiencies to the operator, I was told loudly that I should submit the complaint to booking and that I wouldn't get a cent refunded. Booking wasn't interested in the incident and I'm stuck with my money.

We were suddenly denied the room an hour before check-in. Apparently no electricity. Luckily booking.com was able to help us. We do not recommend it.

ACTUALLY ZERO ⭐!!!!!!!!!!! Shortly before arrival we were informed that the apartment was not available (certificate was the reason...) and we should send the operator a cancellation request, which was accepted. So I immediately asked for a cancellation. Now we are still waiting for the refund, apart from the fact that the cancellation messed up our vacation plan 🤬🤬. A lawyer was hired...

Caution! Absolute rip off and not like the pictures. Very run down stairwell! Apartment does not correspond to the pictures and no 3 bedrooms! Not recommended at all for families with children. Actually, everyone should stay away from this alleged apartment hotel.

Just terrible. The shared apartments at Bocking.com were canceled by the operator 3 hours beforehand. We then received a new shared apartment from the operator. How to avoid Booking.com's commission. The apartment was catastrophic, walls, windows, balcony dirty. Sockets partially broken, cover missing.Completely no smoke detectors in the shared apartment.Toilet roll holder on the gas boiler in the bag. Toilet hangs crooked. Cracks in the wall in the hallway. .Bathtub damagedWORST OVERNIGHT EVERHAD TO PUT CASH ON THE TABLENO INVOICE RECEIVEDMaybe Bocking.com and the tax office are being ripped off here

Newly renovated?! Still a construction site that is being rented out. No shower curtain, no water pressure, all holders, shower head loose. No TV reception, underground WiFi, poor soundproofing.Pure construction workers' place if you don't like standards.Window sills are missing, windows are leaking, heating controls are loose, kitchen cleanliness/hygiene is poor.Curtains are partially missing.Never, never again.

Cleanliness is apparently not that well known here. There were some liquids on the wall and the toilet was NOT clean. In my opinion, you should stay here for a maximum of 3 days because you can't stand it longer anyway.
