Check-In: When we arrived we got our room keys without any problems and were able to move into our rooms at 2 p.m. Unfortunately, other family members had to wait a long time because the staff was on their lunch break, which was probably late.Parking: There are sufficient parking spaces in front of the hotel.Rooms: Our rooms were all very different sizes, although they were all normal double rooms. The double rooms also all had single beds that couldn't be pushed together. The windows in the room and in the bathroom were very small and had no fly screens. This made it uncomfortably warm. Otherwise it was very clean and had everything needed for a short stay.Breakfast: The breakfast surprised us extremely positively. The selection was very large and there was everything from salmon to vegan yoghurt.Location: The location of the hotel is of course relatively secluded, but very quiet and scenic. Certainly suitable for hiking.Occasion: We celebrated a family birthday here in a small group (18 people). Collaboration with the planning staff went smoothly. We were able to bring our own cake for coffee and there was a hotel buffet for dinner. This really tasted very good. We were served very friendly and attentive throughout the day.

Rooms are small, plain and simple, but everything is there. The chime of the bell at 6 a.m. bothered me. Earplugs are recommended here! That's why I deducted 1 star.Food is great. There are even vegetarian and vegan dishes available. Coffee machine is worth money 😀. The lemonades are also very good. Large selection at the breakfast buffet.There could be more sockets in the conference rooms (in our case the Bishop's Hall). I deducted 1 star for this. Not all laptops could be charged.Beautiful vaulted cellar 😀

I'm very satisfied, there's a nice winter garden where you can play Uno. It's a shame that you are sent to your room at 10 p.m. sharp. I'm missing dessert a bit in the evening. A good dessert for lunch. It's easy to go for walks in the area, although there are sometimes brain-impaired joggers running there, which didn't really bother us.

Very nice here. Delicious food, great coffee, enough water. I slept well and had enough space in the room. Everything was clean. The church and the surrounding area make the conference center a pearl.

You should know that this is a church-run house, so there is a Jesus cross hanging in the room, which didn't bother my colleague and me.There is sufficient parking space.The reception when checking in was nice.The breakfast is good.There are fresh rolls and croissants, filter coffee and freshly ground coffee from the machine.Sausage and cheese platter, salads, fruit and yoghurt, so a good breakfast.

We were there with almost 40 people and had an exceptionally nice and productive weekend - well organized, food very good, the rooms simple but pleasant and the vaulted cellar is a rustic meeting place in the evening. The technology may be a little newer, but it serves its purpose. The location is wonderful, on the hill above the town next to the imposing church building in the middle of parks and hiking trails. We'd love to come back!
