The base week was great. Good treatments and, above all, the relaxation at Tomek was sensational. The food was very varied and tasty, large salad buffet. There is energized water throughout the house, very pleasant. The hotel is a bit older, the rooms still have carpet, but it is unstained. We will come again

We received a great welcome upon arrival. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Every day, except Tuesday (barbecue evening with live music and dancing), we were able to choose from 3 main dishes (basic, fish or meat) for the 4-course menu. Wishes were heard and implemented. Thank you for that! We didn't have to wait long and were served quickly and friendly. The hotel is perfect for slowing down from hectic times.

Nice hotel, but the rooms are getting old.A refresher is needed.Nevertheless, the hotel has charm.The indoor pool is nice and the water temperature is fine.It is questionable that there will be no WiFi in the hotel/room in 2024. Only at the reception. With the reference that the radiation is harmful, which definitely needs to be questioned and the statement is certainly not based on the latest scientific evidenceStudies based.The boss is very nice and accommodating.The breakfast is absolutely fine. Dinner is also good. However, vegetarians “starve” there.The hotel is less recommended with children, as the dinner is not necessarily child-friendly. After the third day, the kids no longer like fries.However, if you look at the price-performance ratio, you can't fault it.

The offer is really great, the location is ideal if you want to enjoy the peace and quiet.If you want to go a little further away, you will need a wheeled vehicle. All in all 👍👍👍😊

I was at the hotel for the health week and was greeted very nicely by the junior manager and asked if she would like to sit me at a table with other people, which I gratefully accepted. Yes, the hotel and the rooms are a bit old, but it is clean, tidy and the location is great. And what was offered during the health week with Nordic walking and wellness programs was great. The food was delicious and since the topic of alkaline nutrition was on the agenda for the week, I was fascinated by how good vegetables can taste. I didn't think it was a big deal that the WiFi didn't reach into the rooms because I was there to relax and the boss also explained that the WiFi would be switched off overnight because of the electrosmog.I'd love to come back.

A hotel in the middle of the Bavarian Forest that still has the charm of old times. The rooms are all showing their age, but that doesn't detract from the comfort.The cuisine is excellent and you can take part in a so-called base week there. Alkaline nutrition at its best.All in all, the hotel is getting old and needs renovation here and there, but luxury or comfort doesn't always have to be the priority. Here we have an old school family business. A visit is definitely worth it.

Unfortunately, it is very old. No possibility of WiFi in the room. Cell phone network is virtually non-existent.Unfortunately, the food was not recommended but it was inexpensive.

The hotel room was in very poor condition with mold in the bathroom. Some of the food was inedible (rock-hard rolls for breakfast, a pineapple ring from a can with a scoop of ice cream for dessert). Despite everything, the hotel staff was very friendly to the guests. The hotel is very remote and you can't do much there without a car.

The staff and boss were very nice and friendly. Food was very good and a decent portion. The room was ok for an overnight stay, small but nice and clean. The only downside was that the WiFi didn't reach into the room.

Entering our room triggered a kind of time travel...welcome to the 70s...especially in the bathroom...a continuous terrace in front of the rooms without any demarcation is not necessarily necessary, the indoor pool could have used a few degrees more ...that was right...well...fresh...On the other hand...we met nice people, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, the New Year's Eve menu and the party were successful...we are not categorically ruling out another New Year's Eve at the Hotel Schürger...

Unfortunately very disappointing. Pool much too cold, has nothing in common with wellness. Breakfast subpar, especially the cheese and sausage platter. Half board as dinner was completely tasteless.

Broken hairdryer, dirty dishes, WiFi is only available in one place in the hotel and that is at the entrance, which could really be expanded.Half board salad you can eat as much as you want, the rolls were often hard for me, no real Nutella, the only thing that was good was the service Lukas.The television was really old and had traces of damage on the screen. Lines went through it from right to left and you couldn't see much (eye cancer).Dinner in the evening was ok, unfortunately it was almost always the same, you could still get something different instead of rice or something like that.For very young people like me (26), the hotel was "NOTHING".
