A very family friendly farm.We felt comfortable from the first hour. The accommodation was very clean and comfortably furnished in a rustic manner. The children were able to let off steam on the extensive grounds and had a lot of fun walking with the alpacas, riding the horses and ponies, and feeding the animals. The animals were also very approachable. All in all a very nice week spent at the Heinemann farm.

We spent a few days vacation here at Easter and the week after.First of all: the Heinemann farm is the ideal place for families with children who just want to enjoy real life.But if you want to relax in PEACE, you're in the wrong place here (our very personal feeling).We booked because we wanted to celebrate a birthday with friends from the area in the former café. Everything was there to equip the celebration. No luxury, but everything very practical. We were told that we would have exclusive use of the building and guest rooms during this time.Unfortunately that wasn't the case. And here I come to the point: Not only did we have our rooms in the upper area, but as it turned out later, so did the boss of the farm. This gentleman had the habit of going to his room very late in the evening and talking very loudly with other people. Hoping for something unique, we didn't say anything at first. Because the gentleman was often already at work in the morning, we wrote to him asking him to be considerate at night and put the note on his door. We assumed that the owner of the farm knew about the noisy building structure. The wooden walls are very thin and therefore very noise-transmitting. Even if you turn in bed and accidentally hit your arms on the wooden wall, the sound is transmitted to other rooms.And here's the reason why I'm only giving it one star: The boss responded to the note in question by crumpling it up and then throwing it on the floor of my room.Such a reaction is completely unacceptable for a host!!!!!!A request for an apology was also not complied with.A very disappointing holiday experience.

It is a beautiful farm and ideal for children. Our children had so much fun and interest with/in the animals. The lady was also very friendly and the animals are obviously doing well there.Our apartment was clean and tidy. Nothing was missing. We will definitely go there again.

A very beautiful farm, family and child friendly with all kinds of animals and discoveries around the farm and Hennesee. The apartments and rooms were beautifully and lovingly designed, everything you needed was there!We were particularly pleased by Katja's private animal aid Wippergütchen concept for animals in need!

When you enter the beautiful complex, you are immersed in a relaxed and calming atmosphere. The welcome is so warm and friendly that you immediately feel comfortable and at home. The apartment was very nice, but we spent most of the time in the fresh air and with the many animals. The animals are all very trusting, can be petted and live together peacefully. We spent a very nice weekend on the farm - both children, parents and grandparents felt completely at home! There was a lot to discover for our children (2 and 4 years old): getting to know and feed the animals, cleaning ponies and donkeys, marveling at machines, taking alpacas for a walk,... It was particularly nice to see how well the animals are doing on the Farm and how lovingly the hosts look after it.The cozy guest rooms with the large dining room are ideal for spending quality time with family or friends.Thank you very much for the wonderful time!

A great idyllic spot on earth 🌏 - just to feel good.You can hike, pamper animals, lend a hand or just enjoy nature 🏞.We felt very comfortable and will definitely come there a second time.

There is a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere on the farm, the hosts are very friendly and love animals, the accommodation is clean and wonderfully comfortable. Thank you very much, we (2 adults, 1 child) really enjoyed it and we would like to come back :-)

I recently spent four days at the Heinemann farm with my best friend - and it was simply fantastic!Since I can't walk well at the moment, we opted for a ground floor apartment with a terrace, which was already enchanting with its original charm of old wooden floorboards and half-timbering. The modern furnishings and attention to detail in the decoration made it all the more comfortable.Normally I'm a morning person, but the first glance out the window put a grin on my face:The “cellar cat” (we called her Elisabeth ;-)) was already sitting in front of the patio door and waiting for her to be petted.Just a few meters away, the two free-roaming alpacas were grazing in the meadow and watching us - exactly like that and not the other way around :-) The two were incredibly curious and kept appearing completely silently and suddenly somewhere in the yard to check that everything was going. I just kept laughing at the sight of her ;-)The free-roaming geese and chickens provided further entertainment.What I found particularly special was that all the animals were simply allowed to enjoy their existence after they had been rescued, usually because of poor husbandry or because they were no longer of value as farm animals. Like, for example, the over 40-year-old pony lady who simply doesn't want to leave because she's obviously doing so well on the farm.Katja is committed to this with her private animal helper - an incredibly kind woman who, despite all the work, always took time to answer our questions and was able to tell the story of each animal.In general, the Heinemann family made a very friendly impression and enabled us guests, if we wished, to experience the agricultural work up close or to actively help out.In my opinion, this farm is suitable for everyone - whether small or large. Absolutely educational, amusing and calming at the same time. Balm for the soul!

We had a great holiday week at Hof Heinemann. The hosts were very friendly, the apartment was wonderfully rustic and very clean. The animals are obviously doing really well. Children are very welcome and can move around freely and have a great time with the animals. The whole farm is idyllic and the bench under the large chestnut tree is a wonderful place to drink coffee and unwind. The leisure activities in the surrounding area are also enormous. You won't get bored here. We'd love to come back.

We spent a great week at the Heinemann farm (despite the bad weather).The apartment was clean, rustic, cozy and fully equipped!We received a very warm welcome, always had a contact person and were allowed to move around the farm completely freely. The children were able to help with animal care or care, ride on the tractor and let off steam!In general, the atmosphere on the farm is very warm and relaxed, animals buy freely and there was a friendly atmosphere among the guests.The nearby Hennesee is beautiful, even if we were only able to swim in it briefly. We would definitely come back! Thank you for the relaxing and wonderful time!
