Older and clean guesthouse with breakfast (optional). The landlady is very nice and gives tips about your vacation. Very good, quiet location, just a short walk to the beach.The rooms are not very modern but they are clean! Unfortunately there is very little affordable accommodation on Timmendorfer Strand (less than 100 euros per night) and we are glad that we found this nice guesthouse. We are traveling during the day and therefore don't need luxury accommodation that costs a lot of money.We would love to come back to this guesthouse with a personal flair 🐟

We felt very comfortable. The rooms are not large, but are furnished with great attention to detail and nicely decorated. If you don't have excessive demands, you'll find good accommodation here. The price/performance ratio is great.We had a living room, a bedroom, bathroom with shower and a small kitchen. From flat screen TV to WiFi to night light, coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator, kettle, dishes and cutlery, everything is available. Mattresses and duvets are of good quality. We were very satisfied.What should be highlighted is the good, central location in a quiet side street.

The only positive thing is the proximity to the beach.Not only did we live in the holiday apartment, but there were also many spiders.The large construction site next door (I think it will also be in 2019) was very stressful.When we were parked several times by the construction workers (on the property that belongs to the holiday apartment) we asked the apartment owner for help because otherwise we would no longer be able to catch the connecting flight. The owner just said what should she do, we should sort it out ourselves!Once and never again!

We looked at the room at the top under the roof and she said that you have to have breakfast and there is no discount for that. You have to stay at least 4 days otherwise the cost is different than what was discussed on the phone, without me having stayed there, I advise you against it, I don't have to deal with cat hair everywhere in a hall from the 1600s, which is totally unfriendly.
