Modern hotel in a quiet location with beautiful views from the balcony and terraces. Pleasant hotel crowd, nice room (40 sqm suite on two levels), unfortunately only room service every three days. …

We celebrated our wedding at inselglück in September and are very happy with our choice of this hotel! During our preparations, we always had a contact person on hand with Mr. Pax, and we were almost always able to find an answer or solution to our questions straight away. Both the kitchen team led by Mr. Baumbach and the service team led by Mr. Bendig were very helpful and always on hand. Intolerances or allergies were not a problem - either a solution or an appropriate alternative could be found for everything; especially the gluten-free tiramisu! There was already a lot of praise from our guests during the celebration for the excellent food and great service! The wine glasses were refilled so quickly that it was almost difficult to empty them. The team also surprised us with a delicious rosé wine, even though it was originally no longer available. The responsible supplier was able to offer a very good alternative at short notice.Coloring templates were quickly printed out and pens were provided for the children. The great outdoor terrace is suitable for any weather thanks to the lockable roof and window elements, lots of daylight comes in and you have a beautiful view of the lake! Radiant heaters are also available. Very practical: there are socket towers on the floor at the sides and corners of the room, so you have electricity everywhere - not to be underestimated when it comes to music systems, laptops etc. Some reviews noted that the glass doors to the toilets and bathrooms in the rooms were not very suitable for privacy - a point that we also noticed. However, we knew this in advance and it wasn't a problem for us.We will definitely go there again and then test the spa and wellness area in detail :)

Just a visit to the restaurant: service was perfect and friendly, the food came promptly and was very tasty, fresh and of high quality. Special requests were no problem. You felt welcome as a guest. Prices reasonable. Gladly again. A successful evening! Thanks!

The rooms are clean and well furnished. The 4 course menu was excellent and sufficient. The only thing that bothered me is that when it's colder, you have to put on a jacket over (breakfast). Our room was also on two floors, so if you're not a good walker, don't use the upper floor. The offer of the massage 20min = 15€ is a great price, but this is a massage device. It didn't bother me, I actually thought it was great. Without making an appointment. All in all it was a nice weekend.
