Best address for apartments on the Baltic Sea. Super furnished apartments. You feel like you're at home. Clean and with all the comforts for a relaxing holiday. Technically up to date. Smart TV, music system, coffee machine, Senseo, etc. Nothing is missing. Always my pleasure.

Unfortunately 1 star is mandatory.-Seerstr. 6, Scharbeutz is available twice. It would be nice to have a reference to the correct zip code.- Arrive to collect key- "The lady (cleaner) isn't there yet, you have to wait a bit, we'll call you"- 110 minutes later, finally the call, there are keys.- Discussions with the residents upon arrival. The parking spaces are unmarked and rented. We were told we could park wherever there was space.- Arrived in the barrier-free house, the next disappointment, about 15cm high step at the entrance.- What the "lady" did here is questionable. Clean is different, e.g. thick layer of dust on the edge of the bed, very dirty terrace (dried cat excrement)- Barrier-free bathroom... no grab bars and an approx. 20cm high entrance to the shower.- Sliding door to the terrace is stuck, my wife strained her shoulder trying to open it.- Access to the terrace is also not barrier-free due to several aluminum rails (approx. 5cm).- To open the wardrobe, the bed must be pushed into the middle of the room.- The mattresses are more than bad, reminiscent of a hammock.- The specified fly screen door is not available.

This is the third time I have booked a holiday apartment in Scharbeutz through Wongel and I am still thrilled. The apartments always corresponded exactly to the description on the homepage, the booking, pick-up and handover were absolutely uncomplicated, the location of the apartments and the parking facilities were perfect, and the price/performance ratio was absolutely appropriate. I was definitely not there for the last time.

Very nice, helpful and always approachable. We quickly and easily got a holiday apartment because the one we rented was surrounded by a construction site/which no one knew anything about. Thank you very much for that. The catalog offers beautiful apartments etc. from all over the bay. We'll definitely be back.

Top service - also for questions about technical devices: There were questions on site about how to operate the new television and the very friendly and competent craftsman Mr. Hagel came to the apartment briefly and clarified everything. Thank you. Really good service.

We were able to spend our vacation in a holiday apartment offered by Ostsee - Appartements. Unfortunately, shortly before departure (approx. 5 days) we received a call that the holiday apartment we had booked was no longer available due to water damage. I immediately received 5 offers from Ostsee-Appartements, all of which unfortunately cost a little more than what was originally paid. We had to bear the difference. However, we were given good advice when choosing the holiday apartment. Very nice staff upon arrival. We were in Scharbeutz relatively early. Since the holiday apartment had already been cleaned, we were allowed in straight away, which is a big advantage and very customer-friendly. The same applies upon departure. Since the apartment was no longer rented that day, we were allowed to use the apartment for an hour longer.If we have anything to complain about about the apartment or the service at Ostseeappartements, it is that we were not informed about barrier-free access to the apartment either when booking or when we handed over the keys. So for the first few days we always carried the stroller up the steps until a nice lady showed us this access. Otherwise everything was great. We once went to the Ostseeappartements office about a small matter and reported a really small defect because something was missing from the apartment. We were offered to get a replacement immediately. We are so satisfied with both the holiday apartment and the service that we have booked our next holiday there straight away.We would also like to rate the great holiday apartment on the homepage, but this doesn't seem to work on the Ostseeapartements website. Otherwise top performance.

The kitchen's power supply failed several times and the refrigerator and stove didn't work.From the day before last there was no hot water and we had to take cold showers.The apartment obviously hasn't been cleaned for a long time.The service number was always available and the employees were friendly and helpful.

We stayed in one of the apartments from August 13th to 20th and all I can say is: great facilities and location for the price. Everything was clean and worked - and there was even a small plastic bin with toys for the children. We had a view of the beach and the shops were also within walking distance. I would love to vacation here again. A big thank you to the team who made it possible for us to pick up the key to the apartment outside of office opening hours.
