Very modern room, balcony, wellness. Relatively large complex with around 40 apartments...? But: seating with plastic covers (clothes stick), no information sheet, no broom (or, it wasn't clear where to find it), no scissors, very few dishes for the dishwasher. Washing by hand is impractical because there is no draining board. Kitchen very dark. Packaging waste (“yellow bag”) should be disposed of in the residual waste (particularly why only three stars).

One of these holiday apartments is equipped for wheelchair users. She has a nursing bed and everything else is OK. One drawback is that the front door does not open automatically. When booking the holiday apartment you can book all hotel services, such as breakfast or half board, wellness etc. for a fee. Use of the hotel swimming pool with sauna

Operated by Best Western Hanse Kogge Koserow. Just great.Cheap kitchen appliances, but you can make do. PARKING in front of the door, modern elevator. Excellent shower and bath. Wow. Endless space. Great mattresses. Couch, well plastic. Blanket over it, fits. 🥳

It was our first holiday there with our two children. The location was great, right in the town of Koserow and less than 5 minutes from the beach.The room for the 4 of us was perfect with a small kitchen, dining room, bathroom and bedroom on the ground floor. Unfortunately we were only there for a week but we'll be back and then longer, see you soon 👍👍👍👍

Quiet, well equipped, everything works. The distance to the reception and the restaurant is a bit long. It's a shame that changing towels is only available for an additional charge (I find €10 to be steep, but with two weeks it could be included at no extra charge). The food in the restaurant is very good.

The apartment's equipment is very rudimentary, there is no vacuum cleaner or broom at all. There is a daily charge of 12.00 euros per dog because the cleaning (which is included in the price (159.00 euros/day) for humans) is so much more intensive. The couch, which is also a sofa bed, has a plastic surface that feels unpleasant and is uncomfortable. Balcony full of ants and therefore full of dust and earth. Due to the lack of public, free parking space, 7 euros are charged per day for a parking space. All in all far too expensive for so little in return. Definitely not recommended with a dog.

Very nice apartment, you feel comfortable and the furnishings are modern with lots of indirect lighting options. Cleanliness was mostly okay, but there were some deficiencies in the plumbing and kitchen area.. the cosmetic mirror in the bathroom was still sticky and I would have preferred to have the kitchen completely cleaned again.. half the dishes were still dirty and half the kitchen area was still sticky , the refrigerator was not completely cleaned. At such a price, you expect perfect hygiene (especially during corona times) and that the dishes are checked again.That was very annoying and made the first cooking/eating experience not so pleasant.After departure, the receptionist didn't ask whether you were satisfied or whether everything was OK.In itself it was a nice stay, but the price-performance ratio wasn't really there. Above all, the parking space also has to be paid extra.
