This was our second time at this hotel, this time in the fall. The rooms are okay, the bathroom was a bit small and the toilet was very low and not suitable for fat people or people with a disability. It's better to take another room. We were very disappointed with the breakfast. The offer was the same every day, eggs were cooked so much that there was only one for each guest. Scrambled or fried eggs were also available upon request. The sausage was the same every day, and you had the feeling that the sausage that wasn't eaten was there again and again, strange, it was always in the same place, the whole week. We weren't sure if the rolls were fresh either, we think they were just baked. And you pay 11 euros per person for a breakfast like that. For the price, you can also go to one of the surrounding cafes or bakeries and get breakfast there for 11 euros, which is very good, but unfortunately not in this hotel.

And as always, we really enjoyed it and are heading home refreshed.Many thanks to the friendly and helpful team at the hotel!!I can't understand some of the reviews, the hotel suits us very well, it has a top location and looks very good with the promenade.And as I said, the entire team is very friendly and serves a tasty breakfast every morning.So when we are in Zinnowitz we also go to the Seestern 👍Kind regards, Fam. Behrendt familyWe stayed again for a few days at the Hotel Seestern, where we have been visiting regularly for several years, and for us it is one of the best hotels here due to the top location and the always friendly staff.I can't understand some of the reviews, it's a very nice hotel in keeping with the promenade and the breakfast is plentiful "we've never missed anything"We will always book this hotel again should we be in Zinnowitz. Super cute hotel. It's not huge or overly modern but it still has its charm. Great room for 3 people, slightly small bathroom but still sufficient. Dogs are allowed and that's worth 5 stars!Service in the restaurant and at reception was great. Very nice and accommodating. We were even able to move one night to two days later without any extra charge or anything, thank you!Plus the location, right on the promenade and only 1 minute to the beach.We'll be back.

Traveling by motorcycle. Everything first class, first row, staff super nice, room completely OK, breakfast is good and finally the price. All in all, I can only recommend this.

My parents had booked a room for one night over the phone.It was discussed beforehand on the phone that it had to be barrier-free because my dad doesn't walk well and that an extra charge should be paid because my mom would like to have a sea view.When my parents arrived, the room was on the 3rd floor without an elevator (so much for accessibility) and the room didn't have a sea view because everything was full of trees.Mrs. Blumenthal didn't think it was necessary to greet my parents in a friendly way.When my mom asked her that the room didn't have a lake view as discussed on the phone, she replied snidely that it wasn't her fault. When my mom asked why it wasn't pointed out that the room on the third floor didn't have an elevator, since barrier-free access was desired and discussed, she coldly lied that she had said so on the phone. No, she didn't, then my parents wouldn't have booked the room.The lady then expelled my parents from the hotel because she didn't want to be confronted with her mistakes or find a solution that would have been pleasant for both sides.The room facilities were also subpar.We would not recommend anyone to stay here. We stayed in zinnowitz for 3 days. We found the hotel on booking com.The rooms looked okay in the pictures.When we moved into the room, it was immediately clear to me why there were no photos of the bathroom.Everything was getting pretty old and there was a shower curtain hanging in front of the shower.My worst nightmare.The breakfast was okay, but it was always the same.The back eggs were basically served cold and in one piece.And friendliness wasn't shown either.We were there last time.

The hotel is not a luxury hotel but it is completely sufficient for sleeping! The staff is very nice and friendly! The hotel is located directly at a beach entrance. The breakfast is very plentiful and the gentleman in the restaurant (breakfast room) is very accommodating! If I were to go to Zinnowitz again, I would go back to the Seestern! Parking directly behind the hotel!

Super friendly staff. The room with the winter garden and also the shower, everything was very clean and tidy. There is a star deduction for breakfast, because at 9 a.m. there was hardly any choice left, no cheese, sausage not fresh, a shame. Because of my little dog, we had breakfast outside; the coffee and dishes were brought outside. Super! You could hear the sound of the Baltic Sea from the room. If you wanted a view of the lake, you had to be able to climb stairs well. It should be stated somewhere that there is no elevator in the building. The location is prime, right on the beach. Overall we were very satisfied.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, despite the less appealing breakfast buffet. But the location is great! Unfortunately, the service wasn't convincing either. Therefore we will book another hotel in the future.

It's still old, there's no elevator, the location was great, it didn't take us a minute to get to the beach, small bathroom, shower with curtain, which didn't bother us personally. If you're just there to sleep and have breakfast, it's enough. Perfect location. One star less because there is no elevator. Price performance is great.It was enough for us and we were satisfied.Had a problem with the toilet and it was fixed immediately.Very loving staff.
