A beautiful hotel in an outstanding location. We were able to enjoy a very relaxing short vacation there, which our hosts made it feel like a vacation with good friends. Highly recommended!!

Nice location, very nice and friendly owners. Our suite wasn't a suite, but a nice room with a great view. The wellness area is nice. The breakfast was good. However, the prices are too high for what is on offer. We didn't like the village of Steinach, the ski area was closed and made a very sad impression. The municipality advertises Thuringia's largest alpine ski area, but there are actually only two slopes...

With the Dr. Greiner, the yoga trainer Schobi, the physiotherapist Liebscher and Bracht, the therapist Dorn Breuss have a great team at the start.You get 100% and I can only recommend you.😘

We had a wonderful family celebration with good friends at the BergVilla Vital & Wellness Hotel. The staff was extremely warm and accommodating. The location of the hotel in the middle of a picturesque mountain landscape was breathtaking. The rooms were comfortable and stylishly furnished. The food was delicious and attractively presented. The entire team took great care, including, for example, organizing an excellent DJ.Thank you for an unforgettable time! We are happy to recommend the BergVilla Vital & Wellness Hotel and will definitely come back.

Superb service, great location, extremely cozy rooms with their own coffee machine (jeaaaaah👌), and the best hospitality for celebrating. Not to forget the good food and lovely breakfast buffet. The idyllic location in the forest with a view of the Steinach valley invites you to relax. You are right in nature, no noise of lectures. Walking and hiking trails directly in front of the property. In winter, the hotel is not far from the Silbersattel ski arena - a 5-minute drive to the lift.

The rooms are very lovingly furnished, very clean and it's wonderful to sleep in the bed. The staff is very accommodating. The wellness area is a dream and the breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired and also offers vegans a lot of choice. The new digital possibilities of the service are impressive.

We wanted to celebrate our wedding there and also had a personal conversation. Very nice location! We were offered the opportunity to let it sink in for a few days and then we should get in touch. We would have loved to celebrate there, but unfortunately the communication was very poor after our personal meeting. There was no response to e-mails, it was also difficult to reach someone by phone and people were told that they would get in touch by email. After almost 3 months without a final confirmation and many attempts to reach someone to clarify questions/arrangements, we decided not to celebrate our wedding there.There are 2 stars because the location is really beautiful. Otherwise it would only be 1 star.Addendum: We didn't even respond to our email saying that we won't be celebrating at your place and for what reasonsAddendum to the owner's answer:Unfortunately, we never received any further emails from you as you stated here. I looked through our conversations and didn't find any emails from you anywhere, even in the spam folder. That's why on October 4th I... written that we will not be celebrating at your place. Unfortunately, we never received your repeated inquiries. We also tried several social media channels and even searched and contacted her there privately. Unfortunately there was no answer anywhere. I'm just surprised that previous emails from you reached me but then didn't...

We used the hotel as a group for a yoga weekend. Nice rooms, everything clean and comfortable. Each room is individually designed. Great sauna area with 2x sauna, steam bath and infrared cabin. 2 relaxation rooms. Absolutely beautiful. We recommend

A warmly run small family hotel that has been lovingly renovated and expanded. The rooms, the breakfast room and the spa area shine in a new, modern yet very cozy shine. The house in the middle of the Thuringian Forest, a place of peace and quiet and a breathtaking view from every window of the house. The biggest icing on the cake for me as a yoga teacher is the magical yoga room in which there is great energy and makes relaxing easy. I would be happy to come back at any time.

We booked the hotel for a yoga weekend and were thrilled! All rooms are individually furnished with great attention to detail and are sparkling clean. The wellness area is brand new and very, very nice.We were warmly welcomed and had a wonderful time. We have booked straight away for next year.
