We spent a 2-week stay at The Reset in Groß Plasten in September 2024.The whole environment was incredibly beautiful, the wonderful nature, the hotel right on a beautiful lake with direct access to great paths through forests and meadows.The hotel itself consists of the castle and the coach house, although the castle is in the final stages of renovation, the future dining room and the lounge area in the tea room will be great!We couldn't use the swimming pool and spa area yet as it wasn't quite finished yet, but we knew that before booking.The room was incredibly cozy and decorated with a lot of love and very tasteful, great beds, all new. Terrace facing the meadow directly on the lake.I mastered therapeutic fasting very well, very tasty cuisine, very tasty and varied fasting soups.The other cuisine, reduction or like my husband, whole food, was very good, vegetarian and healthy, with products from our own garden. Beautifully prepared and really tasty.Medical care was top notch, and the accompanying program consisting of excellent yoga, Nordic walking or walks through the forest and meditation made it very entertaining.The accompanying excursions into the surrounding area were also great, including swimming in the lake!The entire staff was very welcoming and always helpful.The massages offered were also very good and are recommended.We would book a stay here again at any time!

The name promises what it says - your body and mind receive a “reset”. They were very special days and I can wholeheartedly recommend this place, this team and the fasting. It is a real place of power for me, the nature, the castle and the rooms. A lot of attention to detail can be seen everywhere.The medical care provided by Dr. Schleiss is simply TOP, very professional, humane and experienced. The whole team is so welcoming, I felt like a “queen”. Appreciative cooperation, trusting interaction, wonderful, healing conversations. The yoga and meditation are at a very high level, I enjoyed it. Every question and request was addressed and, if possible, implemented immediately.The food and soups were different for every meal and very tasty. That felt very good during the fast... I thank you from the bottom of my heart for this loving RESET - a new phase of life is beginning for me.I have gained a lot of clarity and ideas and am now changing things in my life - for myself and my health.
