Such a disgrace.Advertises a quiet locationTruth, it is located on the main road with a shopping center and gas station. The hot water doesn't even run for 5 minutes. The rooms are not cleaned every day. Blinds broken, loose cables hanging around, soggy mattresses. Really disgusting.If you report it to the authorities, it won't work.Advise everyone not to leave their money here.Normally there should be 5 minus stars. Even one is too much

A lot has already been written (key collection at the bowling alley, miserable condition of the facility, etc.).We first drove past the "pension" because we didn't expect any accommodation at this location. We have never experienced such a miserable guesthouse on the Müritz.The charm of the view from the window of hardware stores, gas stations or discount stores has already been discussed...it was just sad.Another tip: if you're traveling by car, don't park too close to the stairs (see photo)...there could be "rock falls".Well... breakfast on Sunday was great... boiled eggs were there and the staff tried hard.Sorry...but that was nothing.

Unfortunately you cannot rate without a star. The country house style in a quiet location is beautifully described. The reality looks a little different. The guesthouse is located between a gas station and a discount store, in onelively thoroughfare. Key pickup has the charm of an old Las Vegas bowling alley. That's what it smells like too. The carpets are just disgusting. We are still looking for the hearty breakfast. Well, the boiled egg was enough.

1 star is too much!!!I booked 1 night at kaschämme (160 euros).Since check-in was until 8 p.m., we were there around 3 p.m. (called several times before 8 p.m. because no one was there). At some point we were pushed away and ignored... In the run-down guesthouse we asked other customers where to report and how to reach someone. A guest had said that he had to wait 8 hours for the host in the car in front of the shack the day before and couldn't reach anyone... (In my opinion... Very questionable). Apart from that, what we could see in the hallway was absolutely run down, dirty and smelly. There were shady characters in the parking lot who made you think: I don't want to be here. The end of the song was at 8:30 p.m. we left and went to a hotel. At 9:30 p.m. the guesthouse called us in an absolutely unfriendly manner telling us where we were staying.... After a short discussion he even admitted that he wasn't even there at the agreed time! Well, what can you say about that.... Of course we want our money back and guess who never responded to our emails and phone calls again?!!? We haven't seen the money to this day

Rooms are far too expensive for the facilities and would need to be renovated. Very unfriendly staff. There is no breakfast but it is advertised as such. Conclusion: it's not actually a shame to recommend it. And a little more cleanliness would be great

The rooms are OK and clean 🧽 the showers are always hot 🥵 👍unfortunately you have to hold on to the showers, the holder in room 11 was broken 😇 the man who allocates the rooms is very taciturn but helpful 😉a good tip is to turn off the fridge at night It's really loud at night 🥳otherwise a good construction worker's pension 😎I've seen worse 👀

This person at the registration desk (in the bowling alley, which doesn't open until 4 p.m.) is absolutely unfriendly. There is no breakfast, although it said on the internet that it can be booked on site. Very noisy as it is on the main street. What's really great is that the rooms are very clean. The rest is disaster. The first and last time!Addendum... Beds are sagging, absolutely not for people with back problems. Pillows are also disastrous and you constantly have a dripping smell all over you, which drives you crazy.

When we wanted to move into our rooms, we didn't have great service, maybe that was because you had to register at the bowling alley and it was very busy. Rooms were very simple, there were water damage spots on the ceiling.But it was fine for one night. Since we were there out of season, there was no breakfast 😔

Rooms are simple and large. The key is picked up at the bowling alley. After the first breath you want to get out again straight away. Bad air and such a cheerful colleague behind the counter. The breakfast is simple and manageable. With a friendly colleague. The surrounding area is just a commercial area and therefore not that nice, but okay.

It was okay. The room was a nice size and it was quiet. The carpet has a few visible stains and smells a bit. You can check in downstairs at the bowling alley, otherwise you'll find yourself upstairs in front of the closed door.Free parking spaces are available and there are shops opposite.In about 20 minutes you can reach the old town.Breakfast in the guesthouse is okay overall. The lady on site was very attentive and friendly.Unfortunately, no cleaning came after 2 days, even though it was stated on the note in the room. We stayed longer than 2 days.And I recommend bringing your own pillow, as this pillow does not support the spine and head at all.There wasn't enough toilet paper and there was a nice note on the table in the room saying you can call number XY if you need anything, but no one answered the cell phone number and the other number was "the bowling alley". The woman was a little stressed, but then put the toilet paper in front of us.We'll probably try something different next time.

We've been there several times before 😘 but this time everything was different 😘 it was difficult to get the room key 👎 it takes a few phone calls! We made reservations by phone (as always)!!!!😘 and the billing wasn't ok either!!!!! In the end we paid almost €50 more than agreed!!!! It's a shame we always felt comfortable there!!
