We lived in one of the ground floor apartments and had very comfortable beds, sufficient kitchen equipment and a well-kept and clean apartment at a great price. The very well-kept outdoor area provides plenty of space and opportunities for the children to play. It is true that WiFi and electricity are charged extra and you have no insight into consumption, but the billing was very fair and not excessive. It all fits very well. You will receive new towels free of charge every Tuesday and Friday, which is something we were only used to once a week. In addition, the café opposite with a petting zoo is a great plus point, as you can get fresh bread rolls in the morning and ice cream or delicious cake at lunchtime. In addition, you have plenty of storage space for bicycles and, if necessary, a bicycle rack for the car, which is also something we know quite differently. Each apartment has its own storage room in which drinks etc. can be stored so that nothing is left lying around in the apartment.Thank you very much, we'll be happy to come back.

The beds were very comfortable and the owners were very friendly. But unfortunately the whole terrace was full of bird droppings. We also had no reception and were sold WiFi that we couldn't access!!! Otherwise it's a nice property with a playground, a rabbit hutch and a soccer goal.

We were at the holiday farm over Pentecost. They were beautiful cycling days... however, the beautiful days were marred by the not beautiful and very outdated holiday apartment. We didn't feel comfortable in this attic apartment. Old carpet, the bathroom from the 70's, not clean upon arrival, and rather a dark room, the very old kitchen... right next to the bed. One of the blankets smelled very unpleasant... we suspect... like a dog... that was very annoying. The house was also noisy... the tumble dryer or washing machine from neighboring apartments was still disturbing at 10:30 p.m. The negative impression of the apartment was balanced out by the spacious outdoor areas and the beautiful garden as well as by the neighbors' cozy courtyard coffee shop right across the street, where we were able to have a very good breakfast every day. There were also sufficient parking spaces and sufficient storage room for bicycles. We'd love to come back... after the apartment renovation.

We were at the Klausdorf holiday farm at Easter with Mrs. Kleingarn-Bolley.We were there for the first time and will definitely come back.Top apartment with everything you need.Beds are beautifully freshly made 🥰 There are enough towels and shower towels of great quality and can be changed free of charge if you stay for 1 week 👍. The whole apartment is super clean (kudos to the cleaning lady). Our dog was also ♥️ welcome. The small town is an oasis of peace, the natural beach can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes, great for a walk with 🐕 .You can reach the beach in 3 minutes by car (parking available). From the holiday apartments you can walk to the farm shop with its own bakery in 2 minutes. There you have everything you need for breakfast 🥐🍞🥖🥨 delicious 😋 and even more at an absolutely fair price and the cakes 🍰🍩 are a dream 🤤.Ms. Kleingarn-Bolley is absolutely personable, friendly and helpful and has absolutely earned the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.Keep it up 👍👍👍.Many greetings from Herne from the Thamm family and friends

As a family we stayed in one of the apartments above, booked there at short notice during the autumn holidays. The location is good and spacious, but we didn't use it any further. The landlady was very nice and friendly. Each apartment has a signposted parking space. Ours was We were occupied with someone else's car and we should just take another one. Which wasn't a problem. The apartment itself is very functionally furnished and the equipment, e.g. the kitchen with utensils, is rather minimalist. Everything was little and very cheap stuff. Just four cups and four glasses, which we found not very energy efficient as it would have to be constantly washed. Because we wanted to save ourselves the dishwasher. That's another hack! The electricity consumption is estimated again by the landlady afterwards! Which is difficult to control! Washing water also runs on an instantaneous water heater! The apartment has no heating! There was a small fan heater in each room which used up a lot of electricity. In the evening when I came home from a day trip, the apartment/house was really cold and chilled in October! The bathroom is small , almost cramped. There is a terrible fabric curtain in the shower and so everything was wet after every shower. Towels and bed linen, as well as a drying towel are included and ok. Unfortunately, the house is very noisy. There is no real front door, just a room door to the stairwell. The family below us, with a dog, was perhaps loud, but we were able to hear all the conversations despite the TV being on. Check-in is from 3 p.m., check-out is 10 a.m. The apartment below us was no longer occupied the day before we left. However, the cleaning crew came shortly after 7 a.m. on the day we left! Loudly! Banging the bag, which we found really impossible, especially since we had a 6 hour drive ahead of us and we wanted to start in peace. Basically a sacking party! WiFi is not available and has to be purchased additionally from her! Which we found a bit outdated these days. Parents who also travel with teenagers will understand us here! Well in short, it was ok, but unfortunately nothing more.

The apartment we had was nicely furnished, in a quiet location and opposite you could get your bread rolls in the nice farm shop. The only drawback was that the fire protection had to be reworked, the smoke detectors were missing and you had to pay extra for WiFi, which is already available everywhere today it's included in the price, and here it says free, maybe needs to be revised 😁, otherwise it was a nice vacation

At that time we had a holiday apartment on the ground floor of the holiday complex. But there is still the fisherman's cottage and some larger holiday homes. My parents often went on holiday with Kleingarn Bolley when they were still good at it. I highly recommend it.
