I was there for a week and my room was only cleaned and the bed made once. The room was on the top floor with a slant and was furnished in the style of a teenager's room, the bathroom was super small, about 200 x 70 cm. That was my last visit to this house

Here on business.I had a great room with a new bed, a bathtub in the room and a huge TV, but my colleagues didn't have such great rooms.I hope you adjust the rooms.The food at the Bergwirt was very, very good!

At first you can't find your reservation, the food is good... but it's cleared away so quickly... you can't even see it that quickly. Reception unfriendly and unhelpful

We would be happy to come here again, the room and the cleanliness were great, the reception staff were very nice. The only thing I have to complain about was the really long walk to the breakfast room, and everything there was a complete catastrophe, we were perhaps unlucky about traveling on coaches We arrived and it felt like we were at a rest stop, the tables hadn't been cleared, hadn't been cleaned, there weren't any clean coffee cups left, the dirty ones were all lying around on the tables. Service staff drank coffee comfortably and chatted among themselvesThere was nothing to complain about at breakfast itself, everything was eggs, scrambled eggs, fruit, cheese, sausage, etc.The evening before we had eaten the onion roast in the restaurant, the best I've ever had, the tables were clean and set, the staff were friendly and accommodating

The single rooms are spacious with their own bathroom, work space and television. However, you hear from other candidates that there were bugs in the room, dead insects lying around, dirty curtains and the shower is also impractical because the entire bathroom is flooded afterwards.Regarding the food, the hotel was noticed as either unhygienic (yesterday: mosquito in the sauce, with a colleague: small spider in the salad), far too little ( Example today's main course: a wiener sausage, small dollop of potato salad),or sometimes it simply didn't taste good because the meat was often dry or tender.The staff, however, is mostly nice and helpful.All in all, the hotel deserves 2, at most 3 stars.

The Bergwirt near the motorway (A6 near Herrieden) with its huge parking space is a welcome place for events and overnight stays. There are various seating options everywhere in the house.We were invited as wedding guests and had only booked bed and breakfast. We were surprised by the organization and how smoothly everything went as soon as we arrived.The unobtrusive service, but always present, deserves great praise. As well as the performance of the kitchen crew.Our room with a balcony was attractive and functionally equipped for a short stay. (In our case, I can't understand negative reviews from other guests when it comes to the room. Apart from two small things, the room was clean and quiet)The breakfast room with its diverse niches and furnishings as well as the buffet on offer also deserves a recommendation.😃🤩However, there is a 1⭐️deduction for the full ashtray on the room balcony, as well as the minimal supply of towels in the bathroom (only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel for the double room

Nice rooms and good service. Delicious food. On the homepage, bathrobes and towels for the sauna are offered free of charge for a deposit. At the reception it costs €6. Have breakfast before 9 a.m. From then on, the employees eat breakfast and there is no more cleaning up.

Had a room for one night about 2 weeks ago as I was passing through. I don't think I've ever seen a room like that in my life. You can't even talk about it being cleaned. There are cobwebs everywhere. This cleaning lady doesn't seem to know a vacuum cleaner either. In general, you can't even talk about the fact that the room was cleaned by someone. I don't even think so that the bed was freshly made. I'd rather leave it alone. When I saw in the morning who was apparently cleaning these rooms on the 3rd floor of house 3, everything became clear to me, because friendliness apparently doesn't know what it is like to put on makeup until you can't look anymore, apparently more important than cleaning properly... . Well, blonde and broken German are self-explanatory for me. Really not recommended...Unfortunately you have to give one star for rooms and service.Location is actually very nice.

We only went to the restaurant for dinner. Very good food at reasonable prices. Very friendly staff. We were there with a group of 25 people. The food was pre-ordered and at the table at the same time.

Some of the rooms are really bad and in need of renovation. Many things are defective (shower head, hair dryer, lamps). Internet often doesn't work at all, and then only very slowly.Service and location are very good, but the rooms definitely need updating. Therefore not recommended at the moment.
