I was there for one night for a company meeting. It was great, the service from the staff was 5 stars, the rooms were clean and beautifully modern. The location on Brombachsee is great and the fact that it's a bit secluded doesn't bother me personally.The food was lavish, varied and completely suited my taste.All in all, I was extremely satisfied and can only thank you for this stay.Well deserved 5 stars

Somewhat remote. Low season only with breakfast. This is okay, rolls etc, don't think from the bakery. But everyone finds something.

Super friendly service staff, wonderful ambience, a warm bossThe new owner has only had the beautiful hotel for 6 days, which you wouldn't notice, and he told us about his plans.It is already beautiful and will become even more beautiful. There is a super delicious breakfast menu, which we really liked as campground guests because we also felt warmly welcome at all times. The team is flexible, already very well coordinated and very friendly. Thank you for the kind time.

Room ok, bed very good. Almost all of the lamps were defective and they couldn't be cleaned at all. Breakfast was good, but the fact that you have to clear up yourself doesn't fit the price. Unfortunately only one bicycle garage is open, so we weren't lucky enough to put it there every day. The very friendly couple at the reception should be highlighted. The boss is lucky to have such employees.

The hotel itself is absolutely catastrophic, the rooms are very small and the facilities are below all dignity. We booked 7 days and left on the 4th day. The breakfast was absolutely the lowest level and the selection was not sufficient. The restaurant is closed, the beer garden is closed, the Pfannkuchhäusle is closed. This wasn't 3 years ago. Furthermore, the campsite is a total disaster, over 100 permanent houses (Tyni houses and mobile homes) that have nothing to do with camping. There is no longer anything offered here for families and children. How the campsite got 5 stars is questionable. A small comparison of the Marina de Venezia campsite in Italy. We will never see this hotel again and other guests we talked to will also avoid it. There is no sensible concept here, it's all about profit. But this will fall apart in the long term.

The hotel does not have its own reception, everything is handled through the campsite reception. Room with the charm of the 80s, no amenities, minibar has been expanded, no glasses, mattress sagging. Bathroom was again with a 70/70cm shower. Room service must be booked separately. Far too expensive for what is offered.

I don't know why the hotline doesn't work and emails aren't answered! The grounds are beautiful, the rooms and breakfast location are modernly renovated, it is well maintained and clean and the service at reception is to die for! The hotel is not only “dog friendly”, it is a true paradise! We were only there for one night and regret it, we are already thinking about coming back with friends and having a holiday here rather than just staying overnight on the way there.
