Unfortunately, the good overall impression was ruined because no invoice was issued. After the computer system failed upon departure, the invoice was promised to be sent by email within two days. Despite inquiries via email and telephone, the invoice was sent considerably late

From the outside the hotel makes a very nice impression. However, this was quickly destroyed.Check-in is possible from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m., an email asking when we're finally coming, no hello, no friendly greetings, etc. Came at 5:53 p.m. When we arrived at 7 p.m., we found a stupid, unmotivated employee. When I asked if there was breakfast, since it wasn't possible to book it online, he also answered rather unmotivatedly: they should have booked it, now we're fully booked. It also didn't occur to him to organize breakfast for 3 paying hotel guests. It's a shame - service is extremely bad! The rooms are okay at first glance, but there are a lot of cobwebs and silverfish the size of olives... I've never seen silverfish that big, but maybe they get concentrated food here. However, if you ignore those two things, the rooms are okay.All in all we will avoid this hotel for the future.

Very noisy rooms. You could hear the neighbor snoring. The rooms are very old-fashioned and terribly sagging mattresses - back pain is inevitable.No invoice was issued. According to the operator, this was supposed to be sent forward but nothing came. Email inquiries remain unanswered and no one answers the phone.Unfortunately I can't recommend the hotel!

Check in was very friendly, unfortunately we were very late at the hotel, in Herzlake everything at the restaurants was closed on Tuesday. We managed ourselves, we will definitely come back because there are still a few appointments outstanding. Breakfast was good overall, very satisfied, that's what I say There is only parking right next to the hotel.

Nice little clean hotel ideal for short overnight stays. We stayed there for three nights with friends and went on bike rides in the area. The owner was very friendly and nice, he took great care of his guests to ensure we had a good stay. Breakfast was sufficient and good, I tried very hard to recommend the fried eggs, which he constantly makes fresh and keeps asking if everything is okay. Great entertainment is also available in the evening upon request. So I have to recommend this, price/performance is right. Thank you again from here and best regards from the FF

Room was fine. Quiet location. Unfortunately, the sink and toilet were cracked. The room was clean at first glance, but at second glance there were cobwebs in the corners. Breakfast was very good, large selection. Unfortunately, cash payments are not possible at the hotel.

Unfortunately it's getting a little old. There are savings in every nook and cranny, in my room the whole room was flooded with water when I showered because the drain wasn't really clear. But it has been the case for a long time because the door to the bathroom was fixed with a plexiglass seal

Good place for an interim stop over. Large, comfortable, airy room. There are a few restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. We ate at a good Italian restaurant and there was another overlooking the river, but the weather too wet to try it.

We were there a year ago and would like to submit our review later.As other guests have already described, the owner's operation of the beautiful hotel guesthouse is a remarkable achievement. He is always available as a contact person. Very friendly and always trying hard. Here you are a guest! Although our reservation, 2 couples, somehow fell through, through his skill and efforts we managed to get 2 beautiful rooms.
