Very nice, friendly hostess, we felt very comfortable in the cozy accommodation, the breakfast includes a sufficient selection to start the day strengthened. Drinks are on site and accessible to every guest, at reasonable prices. We can recommend the guesthouse.

Very nice hostess.The house is a bit old, but the price is reasonable. And breakfast on the romantic terrace is the perfect start to the day. In 10 minutes you can walk to the forest pool or to the city center. 10 minutes by car to Altmühlsee and Brombachsee. There is a separate bicycle room and you can sit comfortably outside in the evenings. Parking at the house is possible free of charge.

We came to cycle along the Altmühl and managed at least 256 km. Thanks to the host's good tips, we got to know very beautiful places and all the lakes. We were thrilled with the beautiful weather and well catered for. We recommend the restaurant “Zum Storch”. We liked it a lot.

We have never had such unpleasant accommodation in our lives.You could overlook the somewhat outdated ambience, overloaded with knick-knacks from the 70s, with a closed eye.What was not possible, however, was the operator being so disorganized, unfriendly and impertinent.Booking was messed up, didn't show up at the agreed time, no "good day" or "good morning", just came into the room without knocking,...Unfortunately not recommended.

Rooms: The rooms are very old-fashioned and small.The shower is either extremely cold or extremely hot, with barely any water pressure.The mattress was so lumpy that we could hardly sleep.Service: There is a lovely, chatty lady who runs the guesthouse. The breakfast is small, the Nutella is always empty, but there is homemade jam and the terrace for breakfast is really nice (see photo).Location: Everything is available in town, it's not far to the lake and there is a small forest just behind the house. So the location is really good.

We stayed at Pension Hedi from Friday to Sunday and felt very comfortable. The house is a bit older and the style matches it, but the bathroom was new and modern, and everything itself was clean. We had a cute little room with a nice big balcony. Breakfast includes everything you need, even homemade jams. Upon request, a breakfast table was set up for us on the terrace. The location is very nice, quiet street, but almost next to the center (approx. 700-800m). The lady of the house was also very nice and accommodating. So if you want to have a comfortable holiday, come to Pension Hedi.

We have now spent our two-week autumn holiday in the Pension Hedi and felt very comfortable. The house is cozy and tastefully furnished. The room offered plenty of space and enough storage space. The bathroom was large and of hotel standard.The breakfast was rich and offered, for example, homemade jam. Special requests were gladly fulfilled, as quickly as possible and in a friendly manner. A very nice guesthouse. We lived in a spacious, cute room with a balcony. Ms. Menhorn gave us very good advice about our excursions and made great restaurant recommendations. The breakfast is very, very good. All in all, an all around great stay.

We have very fond memories of Pension Hedi. The landlady is extremely nice and helpful in planning excursions. The bikes are safe and very well stored. The breakfast is delicious, the rolls are always fresh. We will definitely come again.

It was our first time in this guesthouse and we were so warmly welcomed when we arrived that we were already planning to come back. The accommodation is simply fantastic, the owner is very friendly and the breakfast is very good 👍. Can only recommend it

This is a great guesthouse that is located a little further up the hill in Gunzenhausen. Very nice hostess and rich breakfast. I even had a balcony in my room.

Very nice and helpful landlady. We both arrived from a bike ride completely soaked for an overnight stay. The landlady dried our laundry in the dryer immediately and without asking and provided us with umbrellas. Very good breakfast, clean and quiet apartment. Definitely recommended!
