Nice innkeepers. Furniture is partly old, partly new. Facilities more than sufficient. Mattresses are board hard. It's just a matter of taste :) Everything is clean and intact. There is also a shed where you can rent sledges for free. A drying cellar is also available.The contact person, Mr. S., is more than friendly and organized the holiday apartment at short notice. Thank you again for that.

The apartment is clean and well maintained. However, the door handles are no longer tight and always come outApartment Paul. There is also a cupboard door missing that has not yet been replaced

The landlord's homepage states: "Centrally and quietly located... in the middle of the Chiemgau mountains and with a view of the Kaiser Mountains, you are far away from the hustle and bustle and noise of everyday life." advertised and even offered an online booking, from which you normally cannot withdraw.However, when we looked at the accommodation on site, we discovered that there was a large construction site right next to the house, where work was still clearly audible on two fully scaffolded houses - also with the help of a large construction crane - even later in the afternoon . Unfortunately, you won't find any information about this on the homepage.It's amazing how far apart theory and practice can be...

Very well maintained apartment. Generously proportioned and everything you need is there. There are even step stools for the children. The owner is very friendly. We'll definitely be back next year. Thank you for the lovely time

Kindly received by the owner. We had the apartment on the second floor. Excellent furnishings with two bedrooms and bathrooms. Beautiful location in the center of the village with all amenities within walking distance.

We and the two children were here in August. A week in which we felt very comfortable here. We had the apartment on the top floor with a balcony. From where you have a beautiful view of the mountains. The Gästehaus Licht also has some good parking spaces. The Guesthouse Licht is also not directly on the main street.It's not far to Austria either,Salzburg 1 hour 20 minutes.
