Residenz Cristallo

First of all: I would like to give it three and a half stars overall, but that is not possible.We booked the Rosengarten apartment in the Cristallo residence at very short notice. We can't understand the bad reviews about the service at all; He was available to us and was always very friendly and professional - from booking to handing over the keys to a complaint about a dirty towel. In our opinion, the fact that the keys can be picked up from a safe outside the rental company's opening times is a great service because you can arrive when you want and are not tied to opening times. It is also a matter of course and normal for us that the holiday apartment should be handed over swept clean at the end.We generally felt comfortable in the apartment. It is cozy, bright, friendly and tastefully furnished. The view from the balcony of the surrounding area and the mountains is great, and it is quiet inside the house. There is a space reserved for your car in the underground car park, from which you can access the stairwell directly. The apartment is far enough out of town to be away from the hustle and bustle, but within walking distance of everything that's important. Everything was clean when we arrived.However, you have to know that the bedrooms face the street and the traffic can be heard really loudly. The canopy over the front door apparently directs sound particularly well to the windows. There isn't much traffic at night, but it starts again between 5 and 6 a.m. In addition, the apartment was so unusually warm (even though it wasn't incredibly hot outside) that you could actually only stand it in all rooms with the windows open almost constantly. Fly screens would also have been very helpful here, as there were only a few mosquitoes, but there were more wasps. We were also missing an oven, which surprised us in an otherwise well-equipped apartment and something we've never experienced in many years of renting holiday apartments, but that was bearable.

The apartment was ok, but are they 5 star apartments??? Well, it is no longer required as others have.For this, I expect a better filter coffee machine, for example, and not some cheap thing from Aldi where the filter insert no longer holds. Sockets wobbled in the wall and the shower door's bottom seal was dirty.The TG parking spaces 1 and 2 are narrow and parking in and out is difficult if they are all occupied. Better to have a parking space outside like poorly planned parking bays. Arrival was not possible two or three hours earlier upon request and for an additional charge because one did not know whether the apartment would be available. Ridiculous reasoning!Otherwise everything was great and clean. The location on the arterial road is good, but it can be noisy at times.Overall recommended, but not first choice.

Very nice apartment, well maintained and well equipped. The underground car park is also great. The landlord is very friendly. Reit im Winkl is also a very beautiful holiday resort. I can only recommend the apartment.

We stayed in the "Cristallo" for the second time this year and we can only recommend the apartments. Top condition and furnishings, very centrally located (town center approx. 3 minutes walk) and with a fantastic view of the Kaiser Mountains! We have already booked again for next year!!!
