If there were zero stars, I would give them. We have a voucher that has expired. After the pandemic and family tragedy, this was extended to 2024. Today my voucher will not be accepted due to expiry. Urgently get everything in writing to avoid disappointment later.Well... by the way, this was the only provider who didn't extend our vouchers, even though they promised to do so. Addendum: After consulting with the travel provider who sold the voucher, it turned out that the hotel billed it as booked and requested the money. So the provider couldn't help me any further. Very sad kind of thing....

Very small and outdated room! The bathroom no longer meets today's standards.The room cleaning was obviously carried out with great displeasure and very poorly! When we arrived on Sunday there were glasses on our table in the room. As of Wednesday, these had not been exchanged, even though it was clear that we had used them. We'll do it ourselves tomorrow at reception! The promised bottle of water turned out to be a bottle with a swing top. This had no seal on the top and was certainly there before we stayed there!

We have stayed several times in different hotels in the group (DEVA Hotel Fischerwirt, DEVA Parkhotel in Traunstein) and have always been very satisfied. Great service! Rooms were always very clean and comfortable. Also a thumbs up for child-friendliness. We were always traveling with our small children. The food deserves a lot of praise. Whether it's a cozy breakfast in a rural setting near Cheimsee or a chic dinner in the old town in Traunstein - everything is top. You can tell that the team is very fit in terms of cuisine. We have often seen how the owner and CEO of the DEVA Group, Vadim Akintschitz, repeatedly looked at the cows, personally advised his kitchen team and even cooked a high-light dish himself. You can feel the passion behind it and it makes the difference. A real culinary experience. Highly recommended!

DEVA Hotel Kaiserblick is more than just getting old, you can really see that old properties were grouped together in a group (DEVA) just to make a profit. Kind of reminds me of Eastern Bloc flair. Breakfast and dinner were ok for us. Attached, to form an opinion, are a few pictures of our bathroom, very bad.
