We rented the apartment for 3 nights.When we arrived we were warmly welcomed.Our holiday apartment with a small kitchen was very clean and modern.We felt very comfortable during our stay here.Extra plus point: transfer to the start of the Mountainman!

We went hiking there for 3 days and really felt like we were in good hands. The breakfast was plentiful and nutritious. The rooms were up to date and clean. Everything was great, we would love to go there again.

We stayed in a double room for 5 days for hiking. Very nice stay. The landlady welcomed us warmly and always prepared a lovely breakfast. She had great tips for eating out and hiking. We felt very comfortable.

My friend and I had the pleasure of spending a night at the Zauner guesthouse in Reit im Winkl and can only report positive things. The room was lovingly and familiarly furnished, which immediately gave a homely feeling. All important facilities and sights can be reached super quickly, which made the stay very comfortable.Particularly noteworthy is the hostess, Ms. Robok, who was simply perfect. Very friendly and helpful, she was always available to give advice and help and made sure that we didn't lack anything. Overall, a wonderful experience – I would highly recommend this guesthouse and would be happy to come back

A very well-kept and idyllic guest house. The rooms appear to be new, are functionally furnished and very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, the mattress is practically new and very back-friendly. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired and is prepared very lovingly and appetizingly/hygienically. The owner and her family have an unobtrusive, very friendly manner. If you ask, you can also get tips on excursions and things to do. We simply felt comfortable and can fully recommend the Gästehaus Zauner! Stay at the beginning of August 2023 for 11 days.

Here our little family experienced real hospitality. As real city dwellers, we had clothes that were too thin for the star tour on the Winkelmosalm. 😉 We were helped immediately. The room was cozy, clean and pleasantly practical. Good, fresh breakfast, delicious fresh strawberries and radishes... and from here you can just walk and discover the beautiful area. Thank you very much.

We really enjoyed our “short vacation” at Haus Zauner.What can you expect: a very cozy room with a separate sitting area for chatting or reading, everything is newly renovated, very comfortable beds, a small bathroom with shower, very good coordination in advance, delicious, rich breakfast with special requests taken into account (again, thank you very much Thanks to Mrs. Robok), it was possible to take bread rolls with you for the slopes, you could also make your own tea in between, cold drinks (water, juice, soda, beer) for a small fee, very warm support on site, lots of tips and advice on all topics around the stay. We can only recommend the house. Everything was right.

We stayed at Haus Zauner for six nights in August 2022. What we particularly liked:1. The location: We arrived by train and didn't have a car and were able - this was important to us - to start many beautiful hikes/mountain tours directly from our accommodation or with the bus, which left almost in front of the house.2. The accommodation: Our room was a pleasant size and was furnished with very nice materials, such as solid, fragrant wood. Very nice bathroom! Everything was sparkling clean! The breakfast was always fresh, sufficient and of very good quality; there were bread bags ready so that we could also take provisions with us. And: The hostess attaches great importance to ensuring that no food is wasted. And: Every day there was a little additional delicacy for breakfast. It was all just very loving.3. Our host: With her tips about our planned hikes, it just got even better. She assessed well what we could achieve. And it definitely encouraged us to go further.Haus Zauner was THE base for our great vacation! Thank you!

It was a perfect match. Incredibly friendly landlord couple, special eating habits were accommodated courteously, the rooms are modern, warm and cozy with an excellent view. The location is unbeatable for cross-country skiing, just a few meters from the cross-country ski trail. There was nothing to complain about, we would love to come back!

Cozy and very clean accommodation! We stayed in the holiday apartment in Haus Zauner with our little son for over a week and were very satisfied. At breakfast the table was richly set with regional products so that you could also take provisions for the day.A clear recommendation from us.

Landlady is great. Rooms great, great attention is paid to hygiene and cleanliness. Breakfast great. You really feel comfortable. The only suggestion for improvement would be that if the neighboring room is rented, you could open a wooden shutter on the balcony. Otherwise you end up sitting right next to strangers, which is really not my thing on vacation ;-)
