Room was clean but there is a snack sign in front of it but there was no snack bar anywhere.Had to walk a long way for a mediocre kebab, it wasn't fun at all.

Is quite centrally located a few steps to the town center about 1 km bus stop nearby about 500 m towards the town center of Würzburg or Ochsenfurt via Eßfeld rich breakfast check in was easy paying by post box cash or card is possible I felt comfortable there I would be happy to come back just for the comments Spiders weave in Bad would be good to remove

The guesthouse is conveniently located, modern and very affordable. The cleanliness is not 100%. If you look closely, you can see “round corners” on the tiled floors. If you want more cleanliness, you also have to want to pay the staff for it. For us, given the price and the breakfast, it would actually be 5 stars if there hadn't been a structural defect that couldn't be ignored even with the best will in the world. The drains in the bathroom smelled terrible, even if you flushed until you stopped. Therefore with a heavy heart “only” 4 stars.

Everything is put together very carelessly. Small construction defects can be seen everywhere, surface-mounted cables run diagonally across the wall and there are things lying around everywhere. A broken refrigerator in the dining room, excess chairs in the stairwell, etc. The rooms are functionally furnished. But the lovelessness is evident here too. The shelf below the bathroom mirror is loose, the toilet paper holder is rusted and there was a cup in front of the window that had previously been used as an ashtray by guests. The bed linen and the bed sheet are so thin that you can read the newspaper through them. The breakfast is very simple, but it fills you up. All in all it's reasonable for the price.

Great motel to spend the night.It has a good price for just an overnight stay.We had room 9.If you are late you can just call the lady, her number is on the door.Keys hang outside :( when no one is there anymore.2 disadvantages:1. The bathroom smelled like sewer.2. Room is very hot at night and no air conditioner or fan.If you open the window it's fine in the end.We were there at 9 pm and had dinner at the local Doner Oase.

The room and bed were fine but there was a really bad smell. The food was fine but when i was there we had to check ourselfs in so i dont know what the service was like the location was also fine. But in the night i heard someone coughing the whole time.

It was fine for one night but nothing more. The rooms are very bare, there are a few cobwebs here and there. The walls are very noisy and have some cracks. I had hair on the bed cover and there was a smell of sewer coming from the shower drain in the bathroom. The breakfast was okay.

Suitable for one night in transit. Room and breakfast absolutely sufficient and fine. Everything is clean. Price/performance fits. No staff at check-in - key openly accessible (not entirely self-explanatory). Parking spaces available. We would stay here again.

The rooms look clean at first glance, but there was a thick layer of dust on top of the cupboard and TV and threads of cobwebs hung along the ceiling. The bathroom smelled a bit musty, but was clean.This guesthouse is suitable for people passing through, but unfortunately does not have a refrigerator or coffee maker. If you arrive after closing time, the room key hangs in a cupboard outside, but there is no more coffee available anywhere.There are no small bottles of shampoo or soap and there is no shelf in the shower to put shower gel on.The towels were soft and wonderfully large.The water pipes / sewers were not well insulated, causing noise pollution at night when other guests use their toilet or shower.The beds could not be put together, so my husband and I had to sleep separately, but they were good mattresses.The breakfast had a good price/quality ratio. There was a choice for everyone. Eggs were cooked for a very long time and had a green yolk. We were looking forward to the German rolls, but there was no variety: only hard white Kaiserbrötchen and these had a dry outside.We would not visit this guesthouse again.

Great location outside of the city, but right on a street. Wasn't loud. A Rewe and an Aldi are just a few meters away. Restaurants, a kebab shop and a Chinese fast food restaurant can be reached in a few minutes on foot.The guesthouse is extremely clean and equipped with a very comfortable bed, TV and private bathroom. The room is really spacious. When we arrived the reception was unmanned, but in a box next to the door was our key with a sticker with our name on it. So completely problem-free. The breakfast was plentiful and good. Coffee, orange juice, hot water, everything is there. Spreads, sausages, cheese, rolls, muesli, cornflakes and even cakes. I can highly recommend this guesthouse.

The guesthouse is at the entrance to the town. Some rooms are on the ground floor. I had one for a few days.The rooms are very clean, including the toilet area. It was cleaned daily and the bed was made. Since I travel with an electric wheelchair, I pay attention to a number of things. I was able to charge the wheelchair battery ♿️ every day at no extra charge, plus point. The breakfast buffet was also rich. Since I rely on local transport, the stops are a 5-minute walk away. What I missed was that there were no grab bars in the toilet area or shower.But I also missed that elsewhere in the place.Recommended for a simple overnight stay.Impaired walking only in extreme emergencies.

We booked a room in the guesthouse so that we didn't have to take a taxi after our wedding reception!The rooms are simple and functional but I wouldn't want to stay here for more than one night!Rooms are, I would like to put it this way: "If they gave a craftsman money for the work" it's a disgrace!You could renovate again!Door is hanging, toilet paper holder is alive, etc!I don't think the price is justified for the quality!What was great was the breakfast!
