The price correcponds to quality. Place was rather cosy, kitchen equipped good enough for some easy cooking. Mattress very soft. But warm quiet. Communication with reception perfect and helpful. Free parking and Wi-Fi.Just need a bit better cleaning Service and the bathroom could use some reconstruction.

A marvelous place. We enjoyed a real winter atmosphere in Oberwiesenthal village and the beautiful nature in the region including wonderful Chech place Gottesgab with lovely local restaurants. The room was cozy and clean. All bath stuff was there (towels and soap). Small kitchen is enough to have a breakfast or even to cook in the evening. I will recommend this place to my friends and family.

We had the maisonette in the attic. The apartment scores with two balconies and a great view of the Fichtelberg. The beds with firm mattresses were good, everything was clean. The rather narrow kitchenette was well equipped for two people, but a bit meager for four people (there were two double beds). The stairs to the top are very steep with narrow steps. I have no idea how to transport the food to the dining table upstairs. The very nice couch downstairs would do well with a few extra cushions. What was strange to us was that we had to leave cash on the living room table as payment when we left. That's not very professional. Otherwise everything was okay so far.

Despite the cold, I was filled with warmth. The Fichtelberg, ski rental, sea aquarium nearby.Highly recommended, especially at Christmas time, as there is a lot of snow and there is a really good atmosphere in town. With Christmas markets e.g. St.Annaberg.

There were five of us in a maisonette apartment. Arrived late in the evening and check-in went smoothly. Staff very friendly and helpful, everything clean and modern, great view. We even found a welcome gift upon arrival. Thank you again for that. Highly recommended. Would love to come again.

Everything wonderful. Friendly telephone and on-site support, a very large and cool room with high ceilings, which was very useful to me as a "heat refugee" from Berlin. Quiet location, well-modernized bathroom, free parking right in front of the door. Coffee maker, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, stovetop - everything is there. Huge and very comfortable king size bed. And the price: absolutely unbeatable. I recommend trips to Karlsbad, to the Fichtelberg and the Keilberg and a visit to the "Schachtelbud" a few doors down, where an excellent rump steak is served. Thank you for the great time, I would love to come back again.

A very pleasant hostess who not only accommodated us well, but also recommended restaurants, trips, options. The apartments themselves are very spacious, very well equipped, parking right under the windows and a short walk to the center of O-thal and Fichtelberg! Cool!

We stayed in one of the holiday apartments on the market - they are also part of it. Well furnished, super central and everything you need is there. Our daughter forgot her tiptoi when she left. Was found and sent after. Great service. We'd love to come back.

What a great place to stay.Very nice service, super nice rooms right in the center of O-thal. Everything is well furnished, for example the kitchen has a refrigerator, oven, toaster, dishwasher, etc. The bathroom is very modern and the beds are very comfortable. A beautiful dining table with chairs makes the evening perfect.Downstairs in the reception there is a coffee machine, a cool box with drinks and things you might need quickly. The trustworthy cash register is proof of the seriousness of the hosts. We stayed an extra day and were able to upgrade without any problems. If we come to O-thal, then only here. Oh yes, parking lot behind the house.All the best from us and much success for the future, thank you for the great time.

Nice team and very nice caretaker, clean apartments and, most importantly, private parking spaces right in front of the house. Snacks and drinks are there, rooms are very clean. View is great. What more could you want?

Very friendly staff, clean, parking, best location, 100 m to the city center, 100 m to the ski lift. Kitchen equipment as new. Own ski cellar with ski boot dryer, fresh drinks and snacks always available...
