When we arrived at the accommodation we were actually satisfied. There were some problems with the key, but this was resolved immediately and the room was fine, although not particularly attractive. There was no one there, but that didn't bother us as it was nice and quiet. The shared kitchen is really pretty and, from what we saw, it's the nicest thing the house has to offer.The location is without question very good.But when we stayed longer in the room in the evening, we noticed how bad the bathroom was. A floor tile was loose. The shower head and the associated hose were in a terribly unhygienic condition and there was a strong smell (maybe mold, but I can't say for sure)We were glad we were visiting family and didn't have to use the bathroom much as we really didn't feel good about it. Everything doesn't always have to be new, but unfortunately we were really disgusted by it.The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and gave us back pain (both of us had previous injuries).All in all, we were really happy when we were able to leave and would definitely not check in there a second time and would rather spend a little more money.

The accommodation is very close to the old town. Supermarket (Lidl) is 3 minutes away. The shared kitchen invites you to cook. However, this creates more of a hostel character than a holiday apartment. Rooms are very small, the bathroom even smaller. Here, as many rooms as possible were built in a small space. The mini-format sink belongs more in a guest toilet than in a bathroom. The owner was easy to reach, but he was unable to remedy a defect (defective toilet seat) at short notice. Annoying because the seat was the only storage place in the mini bathroom and the glasses kept slipping when going to the toilet. Another complaint was that the room wasn't ready at check-in time. On weekends there is the Blue Bird opposite with live music. You can hear it very well in the room too. However, the night's rest is observed. There are a few parking spaces in front of the door. The key safe also worked wonderfully. It would be nice if the owner would correct any defects immediately and also take care of small things such as missing teaspoons and defective hotplates so that future guests feel comfortable.

Super easy check-in if you have internet. Enter the (roaming) code into the key box and you can get into the room with bathroom. The communal kitchen has everything except a freezer. There is a refrigerator with its own compartment. Rooms modern and practical.

Solid room. Unfortunately it was a little cool and didn't really get to a comfortable temperature in the short time we were there.You have to have shower products with you.

We were there for 2 nights, but were not satisfied. It was more of an accommodation for tradesmen. When we arrived, we complained that the TV wasn't working, we were promised to repair the damage, but we didn't see another soul until we left. Beds were much too small and too low.. Bathroom impossible, you couldn't even turn around, it was all so narrow.

Extremely unclean, not a classic guesthouse, more like a boarding house for craftsmen, rooms weren't cleaned by the previous person, TV doesn't work, clarification via email hasn't been possible yet, there's no one on site, surveillance cameras everywhere

We stayed in the guesthouse for one night. This is very neat and nicely furnished. There are lovely little things everywhere and the price was great too.Now, however, toNegatives: Unfortunately, the start in the pension was a bit rocky. The guesthouse is not staffed, so the room key must be obtained using a code. Unfortunately, the guesthouse apparently neglected to give me this code, so I stood in front of the guesthouse on the day of arrival and couldn't get in. Unfortunately, the owner couldn't be reached directly, so it took some timeThe worry was that you would have a room for the night.However, everything could be cleared up.Unfortunately we had absolute bad luck with our mattress. This was very, very, very uncomfortable. The night on this was very tiring and unpleasant and we were happy when the night was over.Of course you can't expect too much for the price, but the mattress was terrible...it was a pure spring mattress. Very unfortunate.The accommodation is still recommended for a short time.

We are totally disappointed at how you can treat guests like this, especially since we planned to find nice accommodation for further stays at HeidePark and/or the Lüneburg Heath.When I wanted to go to the toilet and opened the toilet lid, the entire toilet seat came down; the entire device was missing to even attach it (see pictures). We then tried several times to reach an employee of the guesthouse by phone. After multiple calls and talking on the answering machine, someone finally answered the phone.However, the phone call was unsuccessful. TheThe man on the phone told us that he was not in the area and was completely overwhelmed by the situation. He promised to call us back later in the evening, but this never happened. Our attempts to contact him again failed. We are still shocked by such unprofessional and non-guest-oriented behavior.In addition, a light bulb also broke after plugging in the hairdryer (see appendix).The bed is the cheapest of the cheapest, you can feel the steel springs when you sleep and it is hard.The room is in the attic (without air conditioning or fans). Despite constant ventilation, it was very stuffy and hot, the air stagnated in the room.Regarding the Wi-Fi: Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi didn't work despite trying it several times; apparently the password written on the chalkboard was wrong.In summary, we can say that the non-solution-oriented and unfriendly behavior of the guests as well as the bed cannot be excused, we will not be coming back.Normally we would have to be reimbursed for part of the accommodation costs.

💕Good and central location. In about two minutes on foot in the town center. There are restaurants, ice cream parlors, bars and even a tourist information center here.💐The rooms are standard, but that's absolutely OK for the price.🅿️ Car parking spaces are available free of charge.🚙🔌 If you need to charge your electric car, you will find enough charging stations, including fast chargers, in approx. 150-200 meters. 👍🏼💰Price-performance is good
