Beautiful apartment with all the trimmings. Beautiful view of the mountains and the natural swimming pool. Very friendly and helpful owners. Perfect place for mountain walks and bike rides. Small downside: it is located along the main road and that is clearly audible. Ruhpolding is a pleasant village with shops and especially Konditoreien. Located close to Austria, especially Salzburg (30 km). Beautiful forests and many lakes in the area. In the Berghüttes you can enjoy something to eat and drink after a long walk or bike ride.

Located a little outside, therefore very quiet. You can still easily reach the center of Ruhpolding on foot. The rooms are very nice and wonderfully furnished. The kitchen and bathroom facilities are great. The Lohener Hof is, above all, comfortable. There is a lot on offer for children, for example a playground and some animals on site on the farm, including chickens, rabbits and horses.

An all-round successful stay. *****Five stars for extremely friendly and helpful hosts.Five stars for a very clean, lovingly and optimally furnished apartment, with everything you need - from a hairdryer to an egg cooker, from a holiday book to board games for the whole family.Five stars for a beautiful, small playground and a great swimming pond in a very well-kept garden with a great barbecue area.Five stars for the cute animals (ponies, rabbits, chickens), which you can cuddle and sometimes even look after.Five stars for the breathtaking mountain views.Five stars for the location, because there is a lot to discover and experience in both Ruhpolding and Chiemgau.For those who counted: At least 30 stars out of 5 😉 – and therefore a clear holiday recommendation!

A very nicely furnished holiday apartment with personal details:- fully equipped kitchen- large bathroom with walk-in shower- Terrace with beautiful views of the mountainsThe landlords are very friendly and helpful. Checking in is easy once you provide your details online.The town center of Ruhpolding can be reached after a walk in about 20 minutes, and it takes about 15 minutes to Bibleöd train station (train connection to Traunstein).We would love to spend a holiday with the Gastager family again.

Cozy apartment complex with nicely furnished rooms. Upon arrival it was unclear where we should go to check- in. Even we made clear which time we should come, we had to approach it ourselves. All by all, it turned out well. The swimming pond is a nice addition and makes the view phenomenal. We had a nice time here with amazing memories. Plenty enough to do around the area!However keep in mind it can be a bit noisy especially on the balconies. Personally we like it more peacefully.

Great accommodationThe swimming pond is simply great for the whole family. Animals for the children, play options with trampoline, playhouse, etc.The hosts are friendly and always helpful.The location is also great, on the outskirts but still within walking distance of the town center.Always happy to come here

Very friendly and accommodating family. The rooms are fully equipped. From the dishwasher to the egg cooker. Large swimming pond with lawn for sunbathing with chairs for children and adults. Playground with level trampoline. Not forgetting the pets, such as horses, chickens, cats and more.

My son (13 years old) and I spent a wonderful holiday with the Gastager family. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The balcony with the great view of the garden and the mountains is simply great. The pool is also an experience. The location is perfect for excursions and hikes. Flyers and folders are also available.The hosts are very nice and available to provide information at any time. We'll definitely be back. Thank you for two relaxing weeks.

Absolutely recommended! Beautifully located. A dream of a garden. Perfect for families with a playground, pool, the animals and the games library for rainy days. Very friendly and considerate host family and there is a lot to experience in this beautiful valley. A week was far too short 😉
