We once again spent a wonderful holiday in the Hochfelln holiday apartment. That means arriving, feeling good and being on holiday straight away. Pure peace and relaxation. We have never had a comparably beautiful holiday apartment with so much attention to detail, you just have to feel comfortable here. Then there is the hostess, dear Anneliese Ferstl, there are no words for her…. or maybe…Anneliese = open-minded, nice, natural, sensitive, loving, impulsive, emotional, stylish, energetic and much more…. helpful, warm, emotional and and and……We always enjoy coming to you dear Anneliese, this year we have already done it four times and are always happy, everything is just right here! Holiday from the first minute. Thank you and we look forward to many more holidays with you!

Simply put... er written: these following words are too harmless.What is offered here is made with so much attention to detail that it will not be offered again anywhere else. You immediately feel at home here, very clean and the peace and quiet with the good forest air, pure relaxation.This small town of Ruhpolding, right nearby, is so delightful that you can also feel that it's not just the guests who feel very comfortable here.Thanks for everything and you will see me here a lot.... no threat, no promise 🤣All the best 💐Gerhard

A super nice holiday apartment (Hochfelln) and a great, quiet location. The special pearl is Anneliese. Warm, very personable, she immediately made us feel welcome. I was treated to a plum cake, which was very tasty. We felt completely comfortable and didn't want to leave. One of the very few places where you can feel at home right from the start! An extremely warm-hearted and lovable host who leaves nothing to be desired. The holiday apartments (we have met 2 so far) are very clean, equipped with everything you need and lovingly furnished. Parking spaces are right in front of the door and you can also rent e-bikes. The nights are relaxing, the view and the location are far away from the crowds and you can enjoy the peace and quiet! All in all a wonderful accommodation, we book every year, sometimes even more often.

As convinced repeat offenders, we were guests at Eisenberg for the 11th time this year.Ms. Ferstl's warmth cannot be surpassed!!! She fulfills every wish. The apartments are great with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. The Chiemgau card offers many free leisure activities in the area.Good bye! We'd love to come back. 😀

The holiday apartment is very quiet with a wonderful view of the mountains. This is where you arrive, feel comfortable straight away and be in holiday mode. The apartments are very well and tastefully furnished, and a lot of attention to detail can be seen and felt here. The landlady, Ms Annelise Ferstl, is always available as a competent and informative contact person. We have already seen all three apartments, one is more beautiful than the other. Here you can really relax and enjoy your vacation. The apartments and the landlady are fully recommended. We will be back definitely!

We have been coming to the Ferstl family for years and are still very, very satisfied! After the expansion of the new apartments, even more comfortable space was created to relax after an action-packed day. Ms. Ferstl is very sweet and incredibly hospitable. A visit is definitely worth it.

Very nice, quite new and extremely tasteful and high quality furnished holiday apartment in a great location in Ruhpolding. The landlady gave us a very friendly and warm welcome and immediately provided us with all sorts of useful tips.Parking space directly in front of the house. Top price/performance ratio. Highly recommended, a jewel among holiday apartments.
