I was only here for one night on business to sleep.When I arrived late, which I had announced in advance, I was greeted in a very friendly manner at the reception by a very nice employee.I was able to park for free right in the backyard, which is great.The room itself was quite musty, didn't smell fresh, and I had to open the window first.The structural condition is not particularly good, all the work appears to be poorly and cheaply carried out.The room wasn't the cleanest - not incredibly dirty everywhere, but unfortunately not really clean either. There's dirt under the bed.There are no special features worth mentioning.The bathroom was even more musty, and the cleaning here wasn't spotless either.The rooms are extremely noisy, and falling asleep was made difficult by a loud beeping sound and closing doors in the hallway, which can be clearly heard in the room.The bed was nice and soft and very comfortable, which I thought was great.In general, apart from the friendly staff at check-in, the hotel seems carelessly run and maintained.WiFi is good.In general I have to say, for 35-40€ a night it would be absolutely okay.For €75 and up, I don't think the price-performance ratio is good here.In any case, I was happy when I left the hotel after less than 10 hours and I probably won't come back.As I said, it was okay in principle, but I definitely wouldn't recommend a vacation here to anyone.

We were only here for breakfast, so we can't comment on the rooms. The breakfast for little money was very rich and lovingly prepared.The service was friendly and accommodating.A good start to the day! :)

The hotel is very centrally located in the Lüneburg Heath, which makes it ideal for excursions into the surrounding area. The breakfast was delicious and varied. Particularly noteworthy is the friendly and courteous staff, who always tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible.Unfortunately, there were also some negative points. The rooms were not well soundproofed, which meant that it was sometimes very noisy. This was particularly disturbing at night. In addition, the bed linen was not completely clean when we arrived, which somewhat spoiled the otherwise positive overall impression.Overall, a solid hotel with potential for improvement in the areas mentioned.

The room definitely did not correspond to the pictures shown on Booking.com.When we entered the room, we immediately saw that a bed sheet was torn.We addressed this immediately and asked for a new sheet, but the request was not granted.The room and also the bathroom were very dirty.There was dust and hair from the people in front of it everywhere.The walls are stained and everything has only been poorly painted.Thick cobwebs hung from the ceiling.Leaves and street dirt on the windowsill.Repair work was only completed half-heartedly - cable ducts that were too long were not cut off, tiles were not grouted, and the trash can that had been torn down was simply placed next to it.There is also no daily room service and the trash cans are not emptied.In principle, we personally don't care much about it, but we weren't made aware of it and/or you couldn't read it.All the furniture seems very cheap and in general the whole hotel makes a very carelessly run impression.The heating was only turned on very reluctantly and upon request (outside temperature of 9 degrees Celsius).If you google the hotel you can see that it also introduces itself as “Hotel Jeta” and rents rooms through it.Equally worrying is the lack of escape and rescue plans in the rooms or hallways.Only a fire extinguisher could be found.All in all, not recommended for the price and highly questionable.One star goes to the very friendly gentleman in the breakfast area.The highest of all feelings!

Went to the hotel with six friends and there were deficiencies in all three rooms, e.g. rubbish bins hadn't been emptied by the previous person, tea cups hadn't been replaced, there weren't enough towels or they hadn't been replaced, beds were inadequately made and after a small amount of water damage in the room the hotel didn't provide any goodwill. There was not enough space for the bikes that we registered. The breakfast was good but we wouldn't book again.

I did “Check In” an hour ago. A super single room. Very clean. Well furnished. The water pressure in the shower is spectacular. Edeka is across the street. Service-absolutely friendly. And for 75 euros... I just have to recommend it. 👍🤘Martin.

Fantastic hotel right on the Heidschnuckenweg! Modernly furnished, clean rooms and a rich breakfast buffet make your stay unforgettable. The location is ideal for hikes on the Heidschnuckenweg, and the friendly staff ensures that you immediately feel at home. Parking spaces right in front of the door – perfect for a break in the Lüneburg Heath. I'd love to come back!

Good rich breakfast for 12 euros. A few free parking spaces in front of the door and a good starting point for some excursions. The rooms vary greatly in size. Our smaller one was also very dark. Even if the hotel advertises that it is barrier-free, it is sometimes difficult because of the room dimensions. My cousin is in a wheelchair - the bed would be high enough, but she wouldn't be able to get there and the bathroom wouldn't be usable for her. And the mattresses feel the need to leave the side of the bed...drift apart during the night.But the hotel is ok. Personally, I didn't feel comfortable. But it is clean and only recommended for sleeping and breakfast.But if you're not a big breakfast eater, there's a bakery three doors down...

Location right up a busy road. Air conditioning lights up the whole room, so you have to have a window open. The WIFI doesn't work and they couldn't get it fixed. The bed is good, the bath is large and the canteen cosy. Breakfast is ok, you can keep your keto diet here.

Good hotel. Rooms were great, ideal location for cyclists, you can easily get anywhere, whether it's Munster or Schneverdingen, etc. Lidl, Penny, Edeka are all on site. Opposite there is a Royal Döner kebab which is also very tasty and the staff are friendly. You can book breakfast separately for €12.50, which is fine.

We were there for a weekend and it was fine. The rooms were modern and fundamentally clean, but there was an unbelievable smell of drains from the bathroom into the main room. This could be remedied somewhat with the air conditioning. Unfortunately, the reception was not staffed when we were there, the telephone was also unreachable and we waited in vain for an email response. It's a shame, because otherwise we would recommend the Hotel Ansich. Comfortable beds, modern furnishings.The location was great!
