We were very satisfied, the employee we dealt with most of the time was very friendly and accommodating. Room ideal for us. Only the breakfast room could be a little larger and could cause problems if demand is high

We felt a bit like we were in a ghost hotel - we were (or so it seemed) the only guests. Which of course could also be due to the time.Unfortunately, no one was there to check in. Keys are stored in code-secured boxes and the code is given to you over the phone.There is no staff anywhere in the hotel: no reception, nothing...The air in the stairwell was very stuffy, almost unpleasant.Parking is good. There is a parking garage door available that can be used for a fair price.The rooms are a bit old-fashioned, but very clean.Only the bathroom left more to be desired: Very small... The shower was an imposition. The entrance through the shower cubicle was so narrow that a person of normal build would have problems getting in.If something falls in the shower you hit your head or butt... Really not appropriate.People with a little more body mass cannot wash in this bath/shower... Questionable.Also the room service was only visible on the second day. So the room wasn't cleaned on the first morning.Checkout is also done by locking the room door and placing the key on the table in front of the “reception”.Breakfast buffet was OK. There were also fresh rolls, a selection of sausage and cheese, as well as fresh fruit, coffee and tea, eggs and scrambled eggs.The only thing that was disturbing was the television that was playing in the breakfast room - news in one go.The location itself is very nice. We had a beautiful view of the vineyards from our balcony, with a small stream babbling away.However, we would not book this hotel again due to the things mentioned above.

The location is not exactly special. You have to walk up a steep mountain from the town. The rooms are very old-fashioned and rustic. The service also leaves a lot to be desired. You're more or less on your own here, as there's almost no one there. But the main thing is to make additional demands a few weeks later. Among other things, 2 glasses from the kitchen were used and the use of the kitchen was charged. There is a bit of a lack of sensitivity here. But otherwise ok for 1-2.

Nice hotel with very good service and delicious breakfast.You have a beautiful view of the vineyard. However, you have to walk quite uphill from the town center to the hotel. There is a covered garage for cars where bicycles can also be parked.

The property has a nice location and well-equipped rooms. There is its own underground car park and the breakfast is also delicious.However, what left a lot to be desired is the way the manager treats his guests. After we had already paid in advance, a few additional costs were suddenly listed upon arrival that had not been communicated to us beforehand!However, no understanding or accommodation was shown on his part!Really a shame & not a nice reception!!

We were a group of 25 people. The check-in went smoothly. We were immediately informed that we should "split" breakfast into two times because there were several groups there. We tried this as much as possible. Nevertheless, there were waiting times. The staff was very diligent and provided quick help. You can also be considerate, especially when you realize how hard the staff is. Thanks for that. The breakfast was very tasty

Our 2.5 room maisonette apartment consisted of an open living room - kitchen - dining area and an open bedroom on the gallery.The positive thing is that there is a bathroom both upstairs and downstairs. The size of the apartment is also very good and the cleanliness is also okay. The location is nice, right on the outskirts of the town in the vineyards and quick access to hiking or cycling routes.Negative: The kitchen equipment is limited to the bare essentials. Although there is a sink (and a dishwasher), there is no real space to put the wet dishes, a dish drainer is completely missing, as is a tea towel. Parking is poor at the property, so the only option is to use the paid parking deck (€3/day). Although Hotel Garny is advertised, there was no breakfast (or only on Sunday) and no bread roll service during our stay.The apartment is okay for a long weekend where you eat out every evening, but for a longer vacation I would choose another accommodation

Very nice hotel, you feel very well taken care of and all your wishes are fulfilled. Breakfast was delicious. You would often be asked if you needed something. I forgot my jacket at the hotel when I left. Were informed about this on cell phone. We were able to quickly turn around to get them. Top!!!
