On a busy street. There is triple glazing, but no ventilation in the rooms and no fan available.Therefore it gets very stuffy in the rooms at night as no window can be opened due to the noise from the street.

Very nice hotel. Nice, courteous service. Great breakfast.When the weather is good you can sit on the roof terrace.The breakfast room is on the 2nd floor but can be reached by elevator.Really great concept!!!You don't notice much about the location - right on the main street.

Can't say how lovely this place is in words.You just need to check it out if you are in Achim and spend at least 1 night and have some breakfast 🥞🍳.Amazing place run by amazing people Thank you Paul for your hospitality.

Great accommodation where everything is still new. All rooms are very clean and well maintained. I really liked the breakfast selection. The weather was so good that we were even able to have breakfast on the roof terrace. The staff was very friendly.

We had a very pleasant and uncomplicated stay. Checking in via the mailboxes went smoothly and leaves room for flexible arrival and departure, which we think is great. We had a room on the ground floor with a small terrace and seating, very pleasant and cozy. The room was spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom. The rooms and the guest house have modern furnishings and definitely invite you to linger. The breakfast is first class. There is no buffet, but breakfast is freshly prepared upon arrival in the dining room and brought to the table, which means 1. Much less food is wasted in the end and 2. You can be sure that you are always getting fresh food. I think it's a great solution. The staff and the owners are very courteous and nice. We felt very comfortable. The location is great. There are many things within walking distance, such as: Rewe, restaurants, ice cream parlor, gas station, pharmacy and much more. There are roller shutters that completely darken the room. Perfect for light-sensitive sleepers. All in all, a lot of emphasis is placed on guest satisfaction, which is why I can recommend this guest house 100%. The price-performance ratio is right and we will definitely come back. Many thanks to the linda&otto team for this pleasant stay.

We checked in there for a wedding nearby and it was the best decision ever. It was wonderful on the phone and then in interpersonal terms I got the feeling that we had known each other forever. Super friendly staff, everything was sorted out in a good mood, the rooms are large and harmoniously designed and sleeping on the bed was like sleeping on clouds. The breakfast was delicious and the view from above was also very nice.Always happy to go there, top satisfaction from me 🤘.

Chic room with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was also very good! Highly recommended! Despite the fact that the house is on a busy main road, the room was very quiet.

I would like to be in Achim more often, just because of this accommodation. Super nice contact, extremely professional handling. (could also arrive in the middle of the night), huge TV with everything state of the art, beautiful, modern bathroom... and the breakfast is by far the best thing I've ever had for the price. (they had bought gluten-free bread alternatives especially for me) And I travel a lot. Thank you for everything. ❤️

Great hotel. Big and clean rooms, and the studio has a nice small kitchen with refrigerator and cooker. The breakfast was really good. We requested a gluten free breakfast for some of us because of coeliac disease, and that was very well arranged, and just as tasteful as the normal breakfast.

Very nice personal contact when booking. We had an overnight stop on our bike tour. The guest house is very clean, everything is modernly furnished and there is a storage area for bicycles. Breakfast is lovingly and freshly prepared according to your wishes and served at the table. We felt very comfortable and would like to thank Jana and Paul.

Modern, very clean and comfortable accommodation. It's about a 20-25 minute walk from the train station in Achim. You can access the hotel using a chip card. The code with the access data will be sent via SMS or email shortly before arrival. The room was extremely clean and well maintained and there is also a large TV. The chip card is used to activate the electricity in the room (simply insert the card into the holder next to the door). The blinds can also be controlled electrically. Bathroom and bed were impeccable. The breakfast was lovingly and individually prepared. The fruit curd was very tasty. I would definitely book again.
