Nice campsite with very helpful staff, who helped me a lot when I lost my cell phone! €12 for a night in a tent was also okay and I was allowed to go to the pitch even after reception closed because I simply paid the next morning. Top

Unfriendly staff at the entrance/counter. In addition, the employee didn't convey a lot of competence.

We spent 4 nights here due to a bad booking at another campsite.The young man at the reception is super nice and friendly, always has a smile on his face, the lady there is unfortunately a little different.Despite the holidays and the great weather, we got a great spot on the tent meadow at short notice.Our 7 x 5.5m tent fit perfectly here.Absolute plus points for us on this course were of course the beautiful clear lake, the water slide, beach volleyball court and table tennis tables.We also found the small kiosk positive, here you can get ice cream, lots of things for your daily needs, cool drinks, fries and fresh rolls in the morning.Everything at what I think is a fair price.We have paid significantly more at other places.Unfortunately, we found that the staff in the restaurant were a bit overwhelmed and not particularly friendly. The gentleman in the kiosk does a great job!Now for the negative...No more fries to go after 6 p.m. even though the restaurant is open. (Is it really that much more work to put the fries in a box instead of on a plate?)Showers are outdated and it is not possible to get dressed after showering without getting everything wet.The barrier that only opens when an employee opens it is absolutely annoying.Sometimes you stand for a really long time until someone has mercy on you to press the button. We have already seen much better solutions... Maybe we should invest some money here.No attention is paid to the quiet at midday and night, we had very loud neighbors for two nights who filled the place with loud (Turkish?) "music" even during the midday rest and weren't really quiet in the evenings either. Nobody from the staff did anything here. I think if you don't enforce the rules you have set, you can avoid them.All in all, we really had a great time here on the pitch, we made really great contacts and would definitely like to come back.

One of the most beautiful campsites I know

It's a real shame that they don't openly say on the phone that as a group of almost 15 people with families there's no chance of reserving a place for the weekend (for the end of September) and then they don't respond by email either. My point in this review is not to criticize the fact that a reservation for just 2 nights was not possible, but rather to criticize the communication.On the phone you are first told that you should summarize by email which people are arriving and how they are staying overnight. After that, you won't get an answer to this email for 3 weeks and when you ask again by phone you will be told curtly, "That's not possible." The email was obviously there because it was immediately clear on the phone which weekend it was about. Couldn't you have simply replied directly to the email at the latest? I think so, because it wouldn't have taken any more time than making another phone call. However, the “potential” customer would have saved three weeks of waiting time and could have planned elsewhere if necessary - this is necessary to some extent when people travel several hours from different directions.Since the email is obviously still a template, I don't understand the procedure. Would we have been informed shortly beforehand if the capacity utilization had been foreseeable?

Very bad service.Unfriendly staff.Supermarket is overpriced and always empty except for a few small items.It is impossible to get a table in the restaurant.Cleanliness of the mobile homes leaves a lot to be desired.

We were here for the first time in a motorhome. The location of the square and the lake are very beautiful. Also walking the dog nearby.Sanitary facilities are plentiful and tidy. The food on the terrace was delicious. It's a shame that the opening times were so short. It is always advisable to reserve in advance. Unfortunately, I have to mention that the description on the website regarding the supermarket and the shop do not match. For a short time of parking but to survive. The lake and space are excellent for families with children and for us it is well suited for a recurring short vacation. Thanks to the team.

Great campsite with everything you need

As requested, we will no longer visit the lake, it is closed to daily bathers almost every week. It's annoying when you don't hear anything about it and then stand there.Luckily there are plenty of alternatives nearby. Bye Adam :)
