We had our Christmas goose made and what can I say... mmmhhhhhhhh delicious 😋 and worth every euro

We visited the restaurant with a larger group.Unfortunately everything was very chaotic and the waitresses were overwhelmed and things didn't go off professionally. There were problems with the food distribution as well as with the billing later. Things that we hadn't ordered were often brought to the table as "leftovers" and we ultimately had to pay. In addition, the pre-selected menu was only read out to us and not even printed out. So some had a small lamb's lettuce as a starter for €9.20! Nobody would have taken that. Absolute exorbitance that didn't taste good or the salads in general. The main courses were delicious and so were the drinks. The room itself is very cozy.But we won't be coming back, it's a shame for the atmosphere....the brisk tone in the kitchen also put us off a bit...

Disastrous - that's not how you treat your guests!We were in the beer garden for the fair and ordered 1 Weizen, 1 Aofelschorle, 2 sugar-free Afri-Cola, 1 light Landwehr and 1 Landwehr with some Sprite. Then 2 Africola with sugar arrived - we had told the nice waitress that we had ordered sugar-free and she wanted to exchange them. Then an employee (as it later turned out to be the managing director) came with a Russian with an extra amount of Sprite. We told him that we had ordered a light Landwehr with some Sprite and we wouldn't take the drink like that. He then answered so impudently - what we want now - he no longer had any Sprite and should he just throw it away? It would be impertinent of us to want anything else. I then asked them to simply bring another Landwehr. Then another sweet shandy arrived in a different glass. I then told the waitress to tell her boss not to take his guests for fools and to simply pour the drink into another glass. Then a corpulent gentleman came and introduced himself as the service manager and that there had been a complaint. We explained everything to him and he said that we as guests wouldn't fit in at this inn and that in the restaurant the customer is no longer king, but as a customer you have to adapt to the inn. Incredible!!!The beer garden was almost empty at the party on Sunday, and when I mentioned that the restaurant has a bad reputation and that if it continues to treat its guests like this, it might close in a year anyway.The food is also far too expensive for such an inn in relation to the outrageous service and treatment of guests!The managing directors and service managers should change careers if the catering service sector is too much for them!It's a shame for Grosshabersdorf - they would have needed a better host at the expensively renovated inn!

Great country hotel with very good cuisine.Fine Franconian cuisine with an extensive menu.Very nice service staff and a beautifully decorated atmosphere complete the picture.

Only to be recommended!The building is very stylish, the colors are perfectly combined and it is also clean and well maintained. Everything high-tech and modern.The staff immediately makes you feel at home and greets you warmly. The food tastes excellent and everything is beautifully decorated.We'll be back!

Went to the Yellow Lion today and ate the October menu. Highly Recommended!! As always, we felt very comfortable!

A really great hotel. Modern, beautiful rooms, delicious breakfast and very friendly staff. I was in the region on business and can only recommend this hotel.
