Idyllic and quiet holiday home. Lots of hiking opportunities. Very suitable for families and those seeking relaxation. A large playground, a mini golf course, a gym, the TV and reading room, the kindergarten and a games room, a bowling alley and the Osserstüberl are worth mentioning. It includes an in-house chapel with a very large, beautiful stained glass window. The food is delicious and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are no longer of the most modern standard. E-cars can be charged on site and parking spaces are available in front of the door and in the parking lot.

Overall it's a bit old. There are no smoke detectors in the rooms and the mattresses are sagging. Food is very meat-heavy (meat every day) and poor quality meat, few vegetables (and sometimes overcooked), not recommended for vegetarians, vegetarian dishes are often quite unimaginative such as pasta with onions. Salad buffet is ok, but the tomatoes were very pale considering it was summer and didn't taste like anything. You weren't allowed to help yourself to the hot food, which I think was a waste of human resources, and there was also a higher risk of something being left over. Meal times are very short (about an hour only). WiFi was a disaster (often didn't work at all) and you had to pay money for it, mobile data doesn't work. At night something is secretly burned in the fireplace somewhere, which then stinks quite a bit. One day there was also fertilization somewhere in the area, so nothing with pure air. Cleaning staff cleaned very imprecisely, there was thick dust in the corners when we arrived. Key collection on the day of departure at 9 a.m. is very early. There were no dishes or cups in the kitchenette, but there was a kettle and a refrigerator.Positive: There were sinks in the rooms. Program for children and beautiful playground including mini golf course. There is also a bowling alley, but the floor of the alley is broken. Some tours are also offered. There is an educational trail (wooden path) around the property, which we really liked.

Kolpinghaus is in a beautifully quiet location in Lambach, a district with a few houses at the end of a long street that winds up the mountain. Right on the slope with a beautiful view. The rooms in the separate house, which leads to the main house via a transition, are getting old. But usually. Each apartment (2 rooms) has a separate toilet and shower via the common hallway. There are sinks in the rooms. There is also a small shared balcony for every two rooms. The rooms are simply furnished and equipped with either double beds, bunk beds or single beds. Unfortunately there is no refrigerator or similar. The cupboards are not sufficient for full occupancy. You eat in the main house, either in the dining room or on the large terrace. The food is buffet style and is above average for a typical youth hostel. No drinks were included in our booking, including water with meals. This quickly adds up, especially if the children don't drink water from the carafe (€1.80).Directly on the terrace there is a nice large playground with a pirate ship, water playground, mini golf course, tree house and volleyball court. The house has various common rooms and a separate sports field with goals.A bit remote and with simple facilities but ideal for families with small children.Charging station for electric cars (11kw) available. Payment only with EC card, no invoice possible.

Nice and quiet, food is very good and lots of choice. You can do a lot. Cell phone network is rare, but WiFi is great 👍🏼, nice employees (only one wasn't, but she's been like that for the last 2 years, maybe that's her style, she likes to clean at the table when you're still sitting there)You have to pay extra for drinks. (At least they could have made water free)Minus: Cleaning lady doesn't clean rooms very well. Lots of dust and spider webs in the corners. We like coming here.

The service was good, the employees were always friendly and helpful. Personally, the rooms were not at the level that I am used to. The location is quiet and remote, there is no cell phone reception but there is free WiFi.

A bit old. Renovation work is needed in many corners. The food is okay. The staff makes an effort. But you quickly notice the fine frost content. The rooms are okay. Partly are there bunk beds. The big disadvantage is the lack of a cell phone network (all networks). There is free and fast WiFi. The outdoor areas are beautiful. Large outdoor terrace, playground, fire pit. There are also large meeting rooms, reading rooms, a bar and sports hall.
