Confirmed arrival 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.We wait 2.5 hours, no one can be reached, neither on a landline nor on a cell phone.Paid in advance via booking.Doesn't respond to messages on booking.com either!Definitely not recommended!

Well, this hasn't happened to us yet. Paid and confirmed accommodation reservation. Upon arrival, the lady owner told us that she didn't know about anything and that she was full. She still acted like we were bothering her and she didn't care. We drove 200km to quickly look for and pay for another accommodation at 8pm. Now we just hope that Booking will return our money and sort it out with the owners of the accommodation...

The owner with her dog Prinz is a very friendly, warm, older lady, but she is simply overwhelmed by the large property, which is absolutely understandable. Unfortunately, as a guest you really feel this when it comes to the condition and cleanliness of the holiday apartment. In particular, the very unpleasant smell and the cleanliness of the bathroom and towels made the stay quite unpleasant for us. The prices are also always different and so we suddenly had to pay more than originally stated.What was good, however, was the location right on the edge of the forest and the incredible peace and quiet that you have here.

We had very nice days in Bayrisch Eisenstein. The breakfast was excellent and rich. The rooms were comfortably furnished. The garden was very colorful and well-kept and invited you to linger. A big thank you to Ms. Kreuzer and Prinz for the great time. We felt very comfortable.

It could be cleaned better and there is no internet, but the lady has a beautiful garden and the surroundings are also great, beautiful nature.

The elderly lady owner. Pension in a good location, stylish facilities and smaller rooms, but sufficient for an overnight stay. It is a little obvious that he has already done something. Cats and dogs in the boarding house. It is not a problem to bring a pet with you. The pension is fine for a guest who does not demand services.
