I know the area, know the house, know what it used to look like - my dad lived in this house until 1990.Great area. Very high recreational value. Are the inn and the small supermarket still there?

We made an inquiry at short notice, received an immediate confirmation over the phone and booked for 2 nights. Everything went smoothly. The apartment is clean and equipped with everything. The short path to the lake is great and the swimming area is really wonderful. It's wonderfully quiet there at night. The landlord was always available and friendly. Maybe we'll come back again.

Dear Sandra, thank you very much for the great stay with you. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and was perfectly equipped. Thank you for always being available to answer our questions. What was also great was that we could walk to the lake with a coffee in 3 minutes to have a swim. Simply wonderfully idyllic with you 😍 we'll be back!!!!!

I was allowed to be a guest for almost 6 weeks and had a great time there. There was nothing missing in the accommodation and there were enough excursion destinations in the area.The apartment was very clean and the very nice landlords kept asking about your well-being.Highly recommended !!

We had a wonderful holiday here. The house is really only a two-minute walk from the swimming area at Lake Köthen. Here you find almost untouched nature, beautiful!The apartment house is an old school, therefore a very old, solid building. This meant that we had a very pleasant climate in the apartment even at higher temperatures. The winter garden and terrace invite you to linger in any weather. Both can be used by all guests, so that one or two nice conversations automatically arise, but of course it doesn't have to. The apartments are relatively recently renovated and therefore tastefully furnished. The kitchen has everything you need to feed four people, and there is also a grill in the garden. You can rent different boats from the landlord, and they will even be brought personally to the jetty. The landlord himself can be reached at any time and is available to provide advice and support. He is also happy to have a nice chat without being intrusive. Unfortunately, the nearest shop is 6km away, but a butcher comes to the village twice a week with a really good selection. Overall, the perfect place for a really nice, quiet holiday in the middle of nature. Perfect for us.

A really beautiful house with an almost perfect service when it comes to organizing your day. And that was a few weeks before our arrival. Thank you again for the uncomplicated help! We are very excited!The host is a very direct person. We like that. At least you know where you stand. What good does it do me if someone smiles at me kindly and doesn't mean it?In contrast to other reviews, we had a perfectly clean apartment. There wasn't a single crumb of dust under our bed. I can firmly say that. Our child had built a “cave” there. We would have noticed this at the latest from the child's clothing. ;-)The fact that there are still guests there at the same time, especially in the evenings, who didn't seem to be looking for peace and quiet and didn't want to enjoy it - above our bedroom, of all places - is just bad luck. But after they left we found exactly what we were looking for. New guests arrived who didn't claim the winter garden common room with fireplace for themselves, didn't rumble through the stairwell and didn't wake our child from sleep with various noises after 11 p.m.The anger of the previous days and evenings could easily be forgotten.The bikes we brought with us naturally found a safe place to stay overnight, as did our bike rack from the car. A problem that we always had to solve with storage in the trunk.And any special requests we expressed in advance were fulfilled without any problem upon arrival.Thanks again to the family! We can really recommend this address with a clear conscience.

Beautiful house and very well furnished apartments.Unfortunately, there are still reviews from the old landlords.Definitely to sweep some impurities under the bed like the dust and the tissues under the beds.In addition, the court lord should clean his own door a little more, because he was not polite.

Host inappropriately lectures guests. Makes it easy for yourself and is dishonest. Old reviews from the predecessor. No sauna but it says so on the website. Charges 40.00 euros for the canoe instead of 35.00 euros according to the website, dirt and old handkerchiefs under the beds, although the cleaning company itself is probably the same, etc., etc. - just unpleasant.The house is beautiful.

Very nice apartment, everything you need to live and feel comfortable. The hosts are very nice and give tips on what to do. You can also rent kayaks, canoes and bicycles directly from them to explore the area. We had a very relaxing stay and will come back!
