We can highly recommend this inn. Yesterday evening we had a relaxing break from Stuttgart on the A7 back to the far north with an overnight stay. Even though we called late, the Schwarz family was there for us. We had some dinner, excellent food and... a beautiful room.The breakfast with freshly baked rolls was a poem.Thank you for the nice accommodation and hospitality.We wish you only nice guests and can warmly recommend you.G.Denecke

Perfectly situated when you, like us, are on your way south and need a quick overnight stay. Located only 1 km from the motorway. The host couple are amazing! We arrived late, but they were ready to receive us, assigned us a seat and offered us something to drink. The rooms are clean and neat and the breakfast is nice and home-made. Can definitely be recommended!

A very nice hotel, with very nice and loving hosts.We can only recommend the roulades and the goulash (prepared by the owner herself), like mother's 🤤😋.

For people like us who want to go north from Stuttgart with small children and are looking for somewhere to stay overnight halfway there, the location is really great! 1 minute from the highway 👍

Very great host and waited for me at night until I got there... Great and clean room and a great price... Since I'm not a breakfast person, it was great for my standards and even if you asked, you got it it too... Don't understand the others here just because you can't open your mouth and write something like that... I can only recommend it...

Room and shower were great. Everything is fine and clean. Despite being close to the motorway, it was quiet with the windows closed.The breakfast could have been better. What bothered us most was that we weren't asked what we wanted at all. We were simply presented with a thermos flask of moderately warm coffee, four wholemeal rolls, a platter of sausage and cheese, as well as butter and jam.Since breakfast was charged separately at 9 euros per person, we would have expected more here. Primarily a request for possible wishes, e.g. tea, eggs, cereal or some fruit.

Nice reception, even at a late hour. Didn't eat anything on site because there were a lot of ingredients on the menu. Anyone who loves wood is in good hands here. Unfortunately we got a headache. Overall ok.

Rooms, service, cleanliness - everything was great. And when do you ever have the opportunity to spend the night in such an old half-timbered house? Very nice! Small point deduction for the price/performance ratio at dinner. It is understandable that the menu remains small if you only serve overnight guests. It's also ok if convenience/frozen products are used. But then the prices should also reflect that. So 4 points for the overnight stay and 2 points for the meal.

On November 11th, 2021, I stayed at the country inn “SCHWARZ” in Felsberg-Heßlar on the occasion of a business trip. I stayed in a double room that was comfortably furnished, comparatively large and very clean.The same applies to the bathroom. The room/bathroom left an inviting and very well-kept impression. The dining room is cozy and you simply feel at home.The menu is currently reduced due to the Corona crisis.I describe the price/performance ratio as absolutely fine and the innkeepers are courteous and very committed.Overall, it must be emphasized that in the "SCHWARZ" inn, special attention is obviously paid to the cleanliness and care of the rooms.The same also applies to the dining room.I felt very comfortable here and would happily come back at any time.

Super nice rooms. The hospitality was a disaster. The good bourgeois cuisine turned out to be Eismann dishes. Although we had a long journey, the innkeepers were unable to serve coffee, let alone other drinks, even when we asked. The restaurant opened at 3 p.m. sharp. In the evening it closed at 10 p.m. Although we celebrated 3 birthdays there, with notice. The tables were not cleared even after the meal. There was also no salad or anything else. Eismann probably doesn't have that in its range. A friend then took over clearing the tables. Things didn't look any better at breakfast.
