In a fantastic location on Lake Wolziger, I was able to spend a weekend with my friends in nature, in 360 degree team spirit. With great attention to detail and high-quality furnishings in the rooms, I felt completely comfortable. The concept that combines nature, work and life is impressive and conveys the absolute zeitgeist. Thank you dear 360 degree team, we felt like we were at home.

360 degree team spirit is finally something that hasn't existed before: a really large event location with a fully professional offering AND with a very good hotel and restaurant attached. Directly near Berlin AND in the middle of nature on the lakeshore. Over 100 beds AND enough single rooms. We have been organizers all over Germany for many years and have seen and booked a lot of venues/hotels/locations. 360 degree team spirit is something very special. If you want to strengthen your own team spirit and be in the very best hands, 360 degree team spirit is the solution. There is no comparable offer in German-speaking countries! A clear recommendation.

Nice hotel with a good view, a great idea with the 360 ​​degrees.

We were at the 360° by Teamgeist Resort with our two children (6 & 10) on the opening weekend and really enjoyed our stay. The maisonette apartment is furnished in a modern and cozy Scandi style, extends over two floors, each with a bedroom and bathroom including a flat screen and has everything you need: terrace with table and chairs, indoor dining table, sofa, refrigerator, Dishwasher, hotplate, kettle for tea and Nespresso machine.There is a lot to do during the day and since there is direct access to Lake Wolziger, we rented SUP boards and a kayak and spent a lot of time on, on and in the water. A swimming area is not far from the resort and can be reached in 5 minutes. A highlight was sailing with other guests: 2 hours on the lake with a great skipper, good mood and teamwork.The service was very friendly and accommodating.We'll be back!Many thanks to the hosts.

After Potsdam and Berlin, we wanted to end the weekend in a relaxed manner and discovered the 360 ​​degree team spirit!!!In the middle of the country, a beautiful, idyllic place, right on the Wolziger See, great hotel, well thought-out, individual concept, warm hosts, spacious grounds, many sporting opportunities and retreats with beautiful views of the water and Brandenburg landscapes - you could just unwind We were even able to spontaneously sail along on a boat. Thank you for the surprising break, which really excited us.

Absolutely great location for team events! We had a great day there, had a delicious meal and then went on the water! ⛵The team gave us great instructions and gave us almost complete power over the sailboat...Great, great day! I hardly thought sailing could be so much fun.Really great on-site support, great team... absolutely recommended!

The 360 ​​degree team spirit is a unique facility for me. We arrived and felt comfortable and welcome from the first second. Since we were there during the opening phase, we were still given keys to our apartment. However, the check inn and the opening of the apartment doors also work via an app if you want. Each apartment has a different theme and a different furnishings, each designed by an employee of the large team spirit family. In the entrance area of ​​the apartment there is a picture with a QR code, with which you can find out something about the motto and background of the respective employee. We had a very nice 3-person apartment with a single and a double room, each with a separate bathroom. There is also a spacious kitchen-living room and a balcony. The outdoor area facing the lake is very well maintained and spacious. Sports activities and seating areas await you everywhere. We saw: volleyball court, table tennis tables, kayaks of all sizes, SUP boards, sailboats, bicycles, table football and a huge pavilion that also had yoga mats. A friendly employee gives out the sports equipment. Otherwise, all of the hotel staff we met were extremely friendly and relaxed. They always have an open ear (also for suggestions for improvement) and try to read your wishes from your eyes. The food was also very tasty. We had a BBQ with various salads and various grills. From chicken to pork to fish, everything was there. The breakfast was rich and good, but there was too much plastic waste for our taste. A lot of things were individually packaged - there is definitely room for improvement. But that's complaining at a high level. I would come back at any time and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. I have rarely felt so comfortable in a hotel.

We just spent two nights at the 360° Teamgeist Resort and are absolutely thrilled! The resort is idyllically located on Lake Wolziger and offers a perfect mix of relaxation and adventure.Our duplex apartment was spacious, comfortable and ideal for our family with two small children. The modern amenities and thoughtful design made our stay very pleasant. (Since everything is brand new and like on the homepage, I don't take photos)The leisure activities are excellent! We enjoyed the beach and went canoeing on Lake. We played table tennis and volleyball on the grounds, which our children especially enjoyed.A special highlight is the exceptionally friendly hotel manager, who gave us lots of useful tips about the area. The service overall was outstanding, especially with the food. The chef personally took care of our allergies and even took our children's wishes into account. The food was high quality and incredibly tasty – a culinary experience that we thoroughly enjoyed.We can recommend the 360° Teamgeist Resort to anyone looking for a relaxed yet active break. We will definitely come back!
