Stylish but impractical. Difficult stairs. Unfortunately no reception or service.

Stylish ambience, very large rooms, wonderful beds, rich breakfast buffet and friendly staff. Gladly again!

It was very nice here. Very nicely located. Stayed here for one night while passing through. With self-check in, no restaurant, but with a village within walking distance.

I'm currently still lying in the Sleeping Beauty room and regret that our long weekend here is almost over! This really is a little gem! Well, the rooms are really a bit noisy, we discovered that when a family with two boys lived above us. On an evening when the European Championships were being broadcast on television, it rumbled over us. 😉 But ok, that was just one evening and otherwise we really enjoyed the idyllic peace and quiet here! We didn't really notice that there was a street running behind the green belt. The splashing of water under the window and the lively chirping of birds drowns out everything! ♥️ The only thing you could complain about, because you're used to it from somewhere else, is the lack of a contact person. There is a board with contact details in the entrance hall, and you can also meet staff at breakfast in the morning, but somehow these old walls unfortunately have no one to tell the guest how much passion goes into maintaining the mill and who has set up the garden with so much love has. We still felt very comfortable here and would definitely come back again. Oh yes, and the breakfast is completely ok! We couldn't understand the "bad" mentions. One of the employees may come across as a bit cold at times, but she is still helpful and concerned about the well-being of the guests.

We can't say anything about the hotel, but we wanted to book a hall for a funeral service. Rarely have we experienced such unfriendly communication and an exorbitant price offer (for sheet cakes, coffee and sandwiches). Unfortunately, the request for an itemized cost breakdown (actually normal for an offer) was not fulfilled. Then we could have seen what benefits in kind and what personnel costs etc. are, transparent pricing works differently. A pity.

An absolute oasis of peace! On a rainy summer day I turned into the small street by the Hohlebach mill. I was immediately enchanted. For me, it's the perfect place to recharge your batteries for the participants between two training days!

We were passing through and thank God we found this fantastic hotel online.Location unique, rooms fantastic, service courteous. The breakfast is completely sufficient, with a selection of sausages, cheese, jam, etc. The garden, Mühlenbach and Mühlenrad are enchanted and invite you to linger. The splashing of the water calms you down and you fall asleep into a restful sleep.Great!

Wonderful location, very nice room (Golden Goose), rich and very varied breakfast, great ambience, very quiet and everything was great. We will be back.....

A beautiful old mill, with very nice renovated rooms. Breakfast can be booked separately and is very tasty. The gardens invite you to linger. Gladly again at any time.

The hotel is beautifully situated by a stream. The ambience is great both in the room and in the surrounding area. There is a small garden where you can rest and relax. The house itself is an old half-timbered house and looks great. The rooms are beautifully stylishly decorated - the bed was a dream - especially for my back. It was a good quality box spring bed. What wasn't pleasant was the mini TV. Although there was a larger one hanging on the wall, it didn't seem to work. So only watch TV with good glasses and a cramp in your neck. There was also a digital thermostat attached to the heater that you can't adjust yourself without an instruction manual and that was happily heating up in June. It wasn't mid-summer temperatures, but you don't need heating in June! Unfortunately the whole house is very noisy.I rated the service poorly because you have to check in yourself. There is only one telephone number for questions and concerns. Until the morning of departure I didn't even know how and where I could pay for the room. And during the week breakfast only starts at 7:30, I think it's a shame, especially since it's not mentioned anywhere and as a business traveler I'm in a real time crunch. In all hotels I know there is at least breakfast from 7 a.m. However, when I asked nicely, I was allowed to have breakfast earlier given the selection available, so from 7 a.m. there was a personal contact person on site. So not for people who are in a hurry! But certainly very nice for holidaymakers to relax and enjoy.
