Our first visit to the Erzgebirge. We borrowed 2 E-MTBs spontaneously and at very short notice - great value for money. The bikes were immaculate and in addition to free route tips and maps, Mr. Haustein very personable and helpful. It even offers a pick-up service in the event of bike breakdowns. We felt very well looked after, everything was very well maintained and well organized. We'll be back, we promise!!! Thank you very much 🤗

I rented an e-bike there. The Hausteins are bike freaks: Very well maintained bikes and we got great tips for bike tours in the area, on the Czech and German sides. Overall we were very satisfied.

We are 2 enthusiastic recreational cyclists and wanted to rent 2 bikes outside of the usual e-bike season to ride our favorite routes in the Saxon/Bohemian Ore Mountains. Nobody wanted to rent bikes except this bike rental company! It was not only warm but also professional service! In addition to 2 great bikes, there was free breakdown assistance in the middle of nowhere and inspiring conversations for future bike tours in the Ore Mountains! From now on 2 more regular customers! Best regards from Central Saxony from Markus and Lars!

Extremely friendly and helpful service - many thanks to the Haustein family. We were able to rent skis at short notice and without registering and were given great advice. Insider tips, e.g. where to try out the best cross-country skiing nearby, were also part of the great service. The price-performance ratio is 1A with an asterisk ☆☆☆☆☆

Best recommendation to Daniel - owner of this point. I have rented a bike for Klinovec single tracks, he (Daniel) bring the bike to my place ( without fee) and rented in addition the equipment : helmet, safety covera (out of charge). The day after he was supporting me in Klinovec giving a really good advicea and showing nice places. All of this with passion, great customer focus, attention and good mood :) i am giving 6 stars to Daniel, great person, great service. Very rare and professional:) thank you so much:)
