Upon arrival the terminal is not working. You couldn't check in. The reception only opens at 5 p.m. The telephone number provided was not available for emergencies, even after repeated calls. The staff arrived late. Checking in with the staff didn't work either. The computer wasn't running properly and he had to call headquarters several times. Two hours after arriving I had the code for the room. The room was fine. Breakfast was actually no longer available at 9 a.m. I made do with the leftovers. This hotel is not recommended

Great for a stop over while travelling along the River Rhine. Location is close to town. Good value for money. Clean and functional throughout. Kehan was fantastic. So helpful and attentive. Nice breakfast layout and good coffee. Highly recommend.

The man his name is Kenan and the girl who is from Albania whi work on the reception is very frinendly staff and hotel is perfect and you can find here most place for parking

Unfortunately it is an outdated hotel that was bought by B&B. It is a low budget room and is not comparable to other B&Bs. I will no longer have confidence in the B&B brand in the future.You can't reach anyone with complaints and there is no email at B&B for contact. No one answers the emergency contact in the hotel, and there is no replacement for employees, so there was no breakfast in the morning but you just stood there and tried to reach someone. That was really terrible.I will avoid B&B in the future

The worst BandB I've seen. So much so that I canceled after taking stock of the situation. No reception but just a terminal with a lot of customers waiting for their turn!!!!!

I was pleasantly surprised, a few months ago I was a guest in the house and now again today. New staff means friendliness, helpfulness, cleanliness. The young man, Kenan!, is very committed, keeps an eye on everything and ensures that the guests are genuinely enthusiastic.Great house, great value for money, and then Kenan as a good spirit.I'll be back!!

Unfortunately just bad!!! On the evening of arrival no one could be reached by phone and emails were not answered. The mattress doesn't fit the bed and is too small. Breakfast should be served from 6:30 a.m. I got down at 7:10. The coffee machine was being cleaned. No servings of sausage and cheese etc., no milk, let alone eggs for breakfast. No trash can in the room. THIS is not a B+B hotel! I am extremely disappointed.

No trash can, 1 pillow was missing, carpet totally dirty and stained, shower exit without door directly into the room, 🚿 not clean, toilet seat was loose on the right, no storage space for clothes, room totally cramped, mattress read through.CONCLUSION: ONCE AND NEVER AGAIN

My stay was disappointing. The room was clearly outdated and unfortunately not very clean. The mattresses were sagging, which made for an uncomfortable night's sleep. In addition, there seemed to be little to no maintenance in the parking lot, which did not improve the first impression of the hotel. Definitely not a place I would stay again. Not even for one overnight stay.

I was there for several weeks, the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms weren't that clean at the beginning. That changed when a young man took over. Since then I have had a clean room, fresh towels and a beautifully made bed every day.
