I understand that for manyNo complaining here. IIn any case, it was VERYsatisfied and would come again. Room 32 (2 beds) and bathroom were CLEAN, simple and without anything superfluousFrills that you have to pay dearly for elsewhere, e.g. hotel bathrobes etc.For my 3 nights, from August 29th to September 1st, 2024, that was completely OK. The hotel is about 2-5 minutes walk(depending on age 😉) fromKoblenz main stationremoved. There are restaurantsThere's plenty just around the corner, as well as a pizzeria and an ice cream parlor. Unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy all of this because of medication (amoxillin) problems (stomach/intestinal). 😒😒😒There is air conditioningnot, which sometimes isn't necessarily a mistake, it always needs to be well maintained. Otherwise...I then have on 8/31/24at 5 a.m. (hotel/location perfect).NostalgieZugReisen.de a day trip with a historic special train, the TEE (Trans Europ Express), to Switzerland to Lucernemade, combined with a boat trip on Lake Lucerne. 😁The TEE was considered the most luxurious and best train in Europe from the 1950s to the mid-1980s and also the fastest at 200 kmh.THEN CAME AFTER THATOUR today's ICEAlthough the TEA, in terms ofSmooth running/driving comfort is still OVER THE TOP, with fantastic legroom, only 1st CLASS CARS (also large capacity) and everything is air-conditioned. I actually missed it on the way back in rickety ICEs (21st century), but something like that. 😌😁BACK TO THE HOTEL: The staff is friendly, although you usually only have theDoorman sees and is manned 24/7.I was able to in the days (over 30 degrees)Sleep well even at night with the double window open. The mattress is OK. TheStreet noise takes you awayAs the hour increases, so do the speakersAnnouncements from nearbyYou can't really hear the train station, no matter how strong the wind is.Breakfast in a nicely decorated roomBreakfast room wassurprisingly GOOD for the price (approx. 100€): fresh fruit, muesli, 2 types of orange juice, eggs, coffee, tea. Scrambled eggs (and small wienerles) as well as fresh rolls and delicious bread, plus toast to toast yourself and various types of sausage and cheese, jam, and an option to bring your water bottleto fill up.ALL IN ALL, if you don't necessarily want 4-5 star service, I CAN RECOMMEND THE HOTEL with a clear conscienceNEGATIVE:Normal room keysand no card. TheThere was no shower cubicleBarrier-free and you have to be careful as an older semesterDon't lie on your face when leaving the cabin. A handle in the shower and next to the toilet would also be an advantage.

It is a hotel whose rooms are simply and functionally furnished. The hotel rooms, the whole hotel is clean. You have free WiFi.The breakfast buffet is varied, very tasty and served neatly and cleanly. The hotel is not a wellness hotel. The advantages of the hotel's location are great. The train station, the bus station and the long-distance bus are in the immediate vicinity. The windows of the hotel rooms are noiseproof. A peaceful sleep is possible.Directly around the hotel there are several restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops... Self-catering is possible without any problems. The hotel's service is more than satisfactory. The reception is committed to fulfilling the wishes of its guests. There is a very friendly atmosphere in the hotel, you feel welcome.Personally, I can recommend the hotel with a clear conscience.

We had to stay there overnight due to an appointment in Koblenz. Our room cost €79, including breakfast. The hotel is right next to the main train station, so it gets a few points for the central location. The room was absolutely not worth the money. Already in the hallway and stairwell it was clear that we shouldn't expect a clean room here. In fact, the bathroom was so run down and dirty that we refrained from showering to avoid getting even dirtier. The mattress on the bed was completely worn out. All furniture is heavily worn.I would advise anyone not to check in there. Unfortunately we were in the unpleasant situation that all other hotels were fully booked and we had no other choice due to the date and the distance of 500km from our place of residence.

The hotel rooms are completely outdated. You won't find slatted frames in the beds. Only sagging mattresses. Some of the furniture and lamps are broken. In general, the lighting is not sufficient everywhere. The bathrooms are old and not clean, some are disgustingly dirty. The breakfast is ok. Due to the location right next to the train station, it is noisy when the window is open. You actually feel ripped off.

Incredibly run down room, carpet and walls dirty, bedside cabinets as well as table and doors peeled off and broken with holes. The foil on the room door is peeling off. …

To call this hotel a hotel at all borders on mockery. When you check out, you won't be asked if you were satisfied because you probably know the answer. The staff was friendly, but otherwise there's nothing wrong here.
