We have been spending our winter holidays in Bayrischzell for more than 30 years and are always happy to be guests of Ms. Schmidt. Ms. Schmidt is a very warm landlady, we feel very welcome with her. She is available to give advice and support if you need a tip for a trip or other recommendations from the area. Thanks to her, we have been able to explore many beautiful places.Our apartment on the first floor had a bedroom (comfortable beds), bathroom with shower, a children's room with a bunk bed and a large living room with dining area, sofa bed, flat screen TV and a small kitchen. Two hotplates, coffee machine, refrigerator, kettle and dishwasher make self-catering easy. There are enough dishes, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils, as well as bed linen and towels (changed weekly). The shower tray is very deep (not at ground level), ideal for sitz baths when you have a cold or for bathing small children in it. The decor is rustic and fits the beautiful village. A highlight is certainly the huge balcony that runs along the outer walls of the ENTIRE apartment. This takes you to the bedroom or living area. From the "parking lot side" you can see the Wendelstein and from the other side you can see down to the village (very practical in winter, you can see when the ski school/rental opens) and the beautiful garden, which is separated from the neighboring property by a babbling stream becomes. In summer this is certainly an inviting place to linger. For entertainment there are a few board games, a bookshelf and WiFi. The WLAN reception worked without any problems.The apartment was very clean and offers enough storage space for clothes and other items. There is space for skis and ski boots in the basement. There is also the opportunity to buy drinks at fair prices, which can also be found in the cellar.The location of the apartment is very good. The village with its various restaurants and shops can be reached in a few minutes on foot, as can the ski bus and the train station.We look forward to further stays in Bayrischzell and would book one of Ms. Schmidt's holiday apartments again at any time.

The stay in Bayrischzell was again a pleasure. The holiday apartment has everything you need, including bread service and nice conversation. The restaurants in the village are great, especially the Post Office and Bella Calabria, up in the village! All in all, WE WILL COME BACK!!!
